"So let me get this straight you want to terraform mars into a perfect world where you can grow and build various things? Isn't that a little unrealistic?"

"That's where the microband comes in, the technology to shrink objects and people becomes extraordinary if you use it well. You could change the planet on a microscopic level with thousands of drones. You basically create nano-tech without the extra work."

"I get that, but where are you going to get the water? I get the plants the atmosphere and even the magnetic poles. What I don't understand is how your going to get enough water to grow plants on mars."

"Bulma, how well do you know the solar system?"

"What does that have to do with anything?"

"..."

"Oh shit! your gonna use the water from one of the planets or moons! Europa is almost completely made of water! you could use capsule to transport it too! No wonder you asked about them. Okay, this could be possible...So then can I help? Terraforming a planet is something unbelievable!"

"More than you know there hasn't been a single species other than the Tuffles to ever try terraforming a planet. Most intelligent life just look for the next habitable world or steal one from someone else. The planetary piracy business is quite big."

"Seriously? There's planet piracy? You really can't have anything nice now-a-days. So where do we start?"

"Well first we have to fix the magnetic oles of mars, the solar rays often destroy or stir up the surface of mars, making it incredible hot or cold with big dust storms. This prevents the planting of most plants on the surface."

"Hmmm, Why don't we use the dragon balls? I mean could they terraform a planet?"

"No, that's out of Kame's power. Besides it would be better saved encase someone dies."

"Kame?"

"He's the guardian of earth remember? Maybe you don't...have you heard of him? Nevermind he's not important right now."

"So the dragon balls are out...Then to fix the magnetic poles of mars could we...create a generator that pulses through the core. The pulses pass through the core leading to a receiver that creates a sphere of magnetic energy around mars. The problem is it would also create a emp around mars as well."

"Like a giant homopolar motor that utilize the planet as the generator? Why would that cause an emp?"

"That's a very depressing way to put it, but basically yeah. The reason it would create a emp field is because of the method we would be doing it. No copper wire in this experiment we would be using the atmosphere itself making a each pulse a emp."

"The wiring would have to be something that would counteract that then. Something that would create that field while absorbing the pulses of energy from the pulse generator."

"I still can't believe you called it a homopolar motor... It sounds so lame now."

I put my hand on her head and petted her. She looked up and slapped my hand away. "What are you doing?"

"Petting you."

"I-uh Don't do that."

*Ahem*

"Next is the water, for the planets I plan to use will need a lot of it. We need enough capsules to store up water. I can make the drones to carve rivers, lakes, and oceans for water now. Except i will need the shrink tech now, want to help me build them? You might end up improving them."

"Right, well I don't mind we have a lot of work to do. However we really only have a month left to do this before I have to go join my friends to watch the martial arts tournament coming up. You could join us if you want."

The atmosphere was a little awkward after i rubbed her head, but I just bulldozed right on through. I knew what I was doing, I wanted to embarrass bulma just enough to achieve what I wanted.

"Thanks for the invitation, i was already going to fight in the tournament. I was told to join with y'all by Korin anyway."

"You'll be fighting? Heh, you think you can beat Goku?"

"Most definitely, you can't sense power-levels, but let me tell you I am way stronger than him and the others who will be in the tournament combined. i had a lot of time in space to train. Actually I should also give you a scouter that way you can check it out and how it works. The same with some of my other stuff. How about you join me on my ship later."

"Hmmm, how about this. As far as I know Goku is the strongest person I know, and he should get stronger since he's training away. If you can beat him, I'll join you on a date!"

I smiled, was it really that quick to get her to offer something like that? I just offered to look at a bunch of machines on my ship.

"If that's your idea of a date sure. We can count this as one too. Since we will be working on a bunch of new machines together!"

She blurred red and began to go off on me. "That's not what I meant you dummy, are you a moron or something? Who would want to...."

"How will you subdue these villains? i may have a technique for you if you could perfect it..."

I wasn't sure on how to explain the evil rending wave I created from the evil containment wave. I would of course lie, but how...

"I have a method, but tell me about yours?"

"Well it is called the evil containment wave, it seals the enemy with a capsule or bottle of some kind and traps them. If one does not perfect this move however it could take your life."

"I see...Well I believe my would be better used in tandem of my enforcement methods. You see I actually named my technique the evil rending wave, it pulls all the evil intentions of the opponent and absorbs them into the user. The draw back is clear as the user may become evil themselves, but for a person like me who solidified their ideals the absorbed evil is unaffected. With the help of...electrifying collars that send pain shooting through out all the nerves in one's body. A useful combo if I say so myself!"

Silence followed for a while, with him not talking and me not having anymore to say. He finally broke it though...

"You might really be evil, if it wasn't for the fact that you have at least a skewed sense of justice. I would most definitely assumed you would kill us all."

"I won't though, that's not very optimal for anything. Besides senseless murder is stupid."

"...I feel like I am going to die sooner for knowing you."

"That's depressing."
