Chapter 41: A Saiyan in Space

After stepping out of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Goku had only one thing on his mind: mastering the Ozaru transformation. He couldn't risk destroying Earth or harming his friends, so his plan was simple—find an uninhabited planet and unleash the giant ape without any worries.

As he soared through space on his own, Goku was feeling relaxed. The weight of his intense training had lifted, and he decided to take things easy for once. He smiled to himself, watching the stars zip by. "I've earned a little break, right?" he thought, feeling the coolness of the cosmos around him. He was in no rush, and for once, Goku wasn't in a race against time.

But as he searched for the perfect planet, there was one problem: he couldn't find one!

"Man, how hard is it to find a planet with no people on it?" Goku muttered as he flew by yet another asteroid field. He scratched his head, slightly confused. "There's gotta be one out here somewhere... I mean, the universe is huge!" He thought about asking King Kai for help, but quickly shrugged off the idea.

"Nah, I wanna explore space myself," he reasoned. "Besides, it's kinda fun not knowing where I'm going for once."

After several days of wandering aimlessly through space, Goku spotted a large planet in the distance. His eyes lit up. "Finally! Maybe this one will work."

But as he flew closer, he noticed something strange—there were tons of spaceships flying in and out of the atmosphere. "Wait a minute… this place doesn't look uninhabited at all!" Goku said, rubbing his chin in thought. "But maybe I can still learn something here."

Curiosity piqued, Goku decided to land on the planet. He suppressed his power level, keeping it steady at 100,000 so that no one would think of messing with him. As he touched down, he was immediately surrounded by alien lifeforms—some towering over him, others short and stocky, all bustling with activity.

Goku strolled casually through the crowded spaceport, taking in the sights. "Wow, this place is pretty busy," he remarked. He stopped in front of a food stall, his stomach growling. "Oh man, I wonder if they've got something good to eat!"

As he approached the stall, an alien vendor stared at him wide-eyed. "Uh… sir… you're… you're a Saiyan, aren't you?" the vendor asked, trembling slightly.

Goku blinked in surprise. "Yeah! How'd you know?"

The vendor nervously pointed at Goku's tail, which was swaying lazily behind him. "The tail kind of gives it away, buddy."

Goku looked back at his own tail, chuckling. "Oh yeah, I forget about that sometimes!" He scratched the back of his head, laughing awkwardly. "I guess it's pretty obvious, huh?"

Unbeknownst to Goku, a pair of eyes had been watching him from the shadows. A member of the Turles Crusher Corps, one of the lieutenants, noticed Goku's power level and immediately recognized him as a powerful Saiyan. His scouter beeped frantically as it scanned Goku's energy.

"100,000… He's strong. Way stronger than most Saiyans we've come across."

The lieutenant quickly activated his communicator and contacted his leader, Turles.

"Lord Turles, I've found something interesting. There's a Saiyan here on this planet with a power level of 100,000!"

On the other end, Turles's voice crackled through the communicator. "A Saiyan? With a power level like that? Interesting… Keep an eye on him. I want to know what he's up to."

Meanwhile, Goku had made his way through the market, munching happily on a strange, green fruit he'd picked up from the stall.

"Mmm, this stuff's pretty good!" Goku said, his mouth full. "I wonder what else they've got here..." As he wandered around, his eyes kept darting to the various spaceships coming and going. It was clear this planet was some kind of trading hub, but Goku wasn't really interested in that.

Suddenly, he felt a presence behind him. He turned around to find the alien lieutenant from the Turles Crusher Corps staring at him, arms crossed.

"Hey! You there! Saiyan!" the lieutenant called out, his voice full of authority. "What brings you to this planet?"

Goku swallowed the last of his fruit and looked at the alien with a casual grin. "Oh, I'm just lookin' for a place to relax and maybe train a little. You know, stretch my legs!"

The alien raised an eyebrow, clearly confused. "Stretch your legs? You're wandering around space to stretch your legs?"

Goku shrugged. "Yeah! I mean, after all that intense training, sometimes you just need to unwind, right?"

The alien stared at him in disbelief. "You're… you're not serious, are you?"

Goku laughed, waving his hand dismissively. "Don't worry about it! I'm not here to cause trouble or anything. Just exploring, that's all."

As Goku continued to wander the planet, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched. He looked around but couldn't spot anyone.

"Man, I've got a bad feeling about this place," Goku muttered to himself. "I'm starting to think this planet's not as peaceful as it looks." He scratched his head again, confused by the weird stares he was getting from the locals.

Just as he was about to fly off, his scouter beeped, indicating several strong power levels approaching rapidly.

"Uh-oh," Goku said, his grin turning a bit sheepish. "Looks like I've drawn some attention."

Several Crusher Corps members suddenly appeared, surrounding Goku.

"You're coming with us, Saiyan," one of them demanded. "Lord Turles wants to meet you."

Goku blinked in surprise. "Turles? Never heard of him."

The alien frowned. "He's your leader. You'll meet him soon enough."

Goku scratched his chin thoughtfully. "Leader? I've never really been big on followin' orders… but if this Turles guy wants to talk, I guess I can't say no." He smirked, his tail flicking behind him. "But just so you know, I'm not the kind of guy who goes quietly."

As the Crusher Corps members tried to intimidate him, Goku yawned, looking entirely unimpressed. "This might actually be kinda fun."

With that, Goku's journey had taken an unexpected turn, and he was about to learn more about his mysterious Saiyan heritage than he'd bargained for.
