Sleepover at Beerus'~
Zephyr stepped on the ground, "This place isn't too bad!" Vegeta looked at the ground and nodded, "Not even a dent. Seems like the God of Destruction has a nice place… Then we can let loose!"
They both grinned and exploded with power, unleashing all their strength.
A red and white light collided instantly, over a hundred thousand times in a second!
They shot into the air, colliding over and over again, fighting to their heart's content!
Whys watched and sighed, "Boys, boys, boys… So restless! It seems training needs to be harsher." He curled his lips, it seems like he underestimated them…
The next day
Zephyr scratched his stomach, "Hehe~ Launch~ You look so sexy killing the police in lingerie~ Hehehe~" before he was kicked out of bed, "Idiot! Wake up!" Zephyr landed on the ground and popped his head out, "What the hell, Vegeta! Do you know what I just missed?!"
Vegeta rolled his eyes, "Stop dreaming like a schoolboy and wake up! We're gonna be late for training!" Zephyr jumped and flew out the window, pulling on a shirt.
They landed in front of Whys, who smiled, "My~ You're late! Late night?" Vegeta and Zephyr froze as Whys covered his mouth, chuckling, "It's completely fine for you to do some extra training on your own, it seems like my training is harsh enough?"
Zephyr's lips twitched, "It's not that…" Vegeta clenched his fists, "It's too short!" Whys raised his brows, "Now, boys. There's a difference between what you did before and now. This is MY training, of course it's different. Training all day long doesn't give you enough rest time. If you go on like this, your body will collapse at the cellular level!"
Zephyr and Vegeta made a Pikachu face as Whys nodded, "Mhm! That's why I'm going to be intensifying your training! If you can still fight after this… heh. You can train ME, how about that?" Zephyr and Vegeta looked excited, "Really?! More intense?!"
Whys smiled and nodded, "Mhm!" Zephyr and Vegeta cheered happily as Whis brought them to the same place, "Time to run!" they tried to lift the blocks and Whys clicked his tongue, "Tsk tsk~ This time they're 3 times heavier! You have to run 3 laps around the Planet… Oh, and you'll be taking shots from Beerus every now and then~ Good luuuuck~"
Zephyr and Vegeta started their grueling training, moving slowly as the dimension expulsion threat was very much a real thing!
The months passed by
Zephyr laid down on a Bunkbed in their room that Zephyr customized with Vegeta, throwing out things from the shop. The Bunk Beds helped recover stamina and eliminate fatigue. The other props helped keep them calm and relaxed…
They even had Post-Training Medicinal Wine!
Zephyr sipped on the wine and sighed, "Do you feel stronger?" Vegeta laid on the lower bunk, "Much." Zephyr dropped the wine down and sat up, "I don't know, I feel stronger but… Something's missing."
Vegeta drank the wine and stared at the ceiling of the bunk, there were all sorts of pictures of his family and Bulma in between the slots.
They were both silent for a few seconds before sighing, "Goku/Kakarot." Zephyr scratched his head, "Yeah… Feels kinda lonely with him." Vegeta snorted, "It's not as bad as the 7 Years…" Zephyr laid back down, "But at least we had our families then."
Vegeta didn't answer but sighed quietly.
Whys watched in his staff before pursing his lips and leaving the planet.
Zephyr laid over the edge, poking his head over. Vegeta saw Zephyr's face and said, "What." Zephyr grinned, "What's God Ki like? Can you share some?" Vegeta snorted, "You know I can't!"
Zephyr pouted, "I can sense it, but I can't use it, what's the point of sensing?!" Vegeta looked at him, "Didn't Whys say that you had a different path?" Zephyr rolled his eyes, "Yeah, but so far, I haven't even seen a shadow of that path! I'm getting impatient, you know?!" Vegeta turned over and said, "Go to sleep!" as he threw the wine behind him.
Zephyr caught it with his teeth before mumbling, "Wh-ever" as he laid back in his bed, drinking the wine in thought.
It's been 6 months and no other path was been seen!
He sighed and looked at the ceiling, 'I wonder what Launch is doing…'
Meanwhile
Launch was working hard, cooking for judges as the fire flared. She sweat and looked over, cooking intensely.
Finally, she served her dish and the Judge's clothes exploded! Launch jumped for joy, very happy.
The next day
Zephyr and Vegeta came to see Goku there!
They were stunned and Vegeta snorted, "So you came to ruin this for me too!" Zephyr laughed happily, "Goku! Haha! Great! You're finally here!" Goku grinned, "Hey you guys! You should've told me you were going to train with Whys!"
Zephyr scratched his head and laughed, "I forgot!" as Vegeta snorted. Whys tapped his staff, "By the way, Goku. I have some new training gear for you." a new Gi appeared for Goku, who was very happy.
Zephyr looked at his tattered clothes and pouted as Whys rolled his eyes, tapping his staff.
A Black Gi appeared for him.
Zephyr jumped with joy, changing on the spot along with Goku.
Zephyr clenched his fists and grinned, "Heatproof?!" he hugged Whys, who pushed him away, "That's great… Time to start!"
They were teleported to the edge and started training, moving slowly as Whys doubled the weight again!
The three struggled and ran before being blasted again and again…
Goku laid down on a single bed, looking over at Zephyr and Vegeta before pouting.
A few minutes later, they had a triple bunk bed.
Goku leaned over and grinned at them, "Isn't this great, you guys?!" Vegeta turned over, "Shut up, Kakarot! I'm trying to sleep!" Zephyr poked his head out from the middle bunk, "I'll talk to you, Goku!" Goku chuckled and grinned, "It's like a sleepover!" Zephyr and Goku giggled as Vegeta jumped out, "I WILL KILL YOU IF YOU DON'T SLEEP! UNDERSTAND?!"
Goku and Zephyr pouted, "Yes, mom…" before rolling over and going to sleep.
