Zoltan listened intently to Vlad's explanation, nodding as he absorbed the young vampire's logical tactic.
"And what was your reasoning for this tactic?" Zoltan inquired, genuinely intrigued by Vlad's approach.
Vlad's response was thoughtful and concise.
"Two reasons," he began.
"Firstly, if you were an enemy who was unaware of my existence, I wouldn't need to employ such tactics.
But in our case, you were a formidable opponent who was not only aware of me but also expected me to attack from weak spots or with unexpected moves."
His eyes met Zoltan's, his gaze steady and resolute.
"That's why I had to resort to a method that made you let your guard down, leading you to believe you had seen everything I had to offer and understand my capabilities."
Zoltan's expression softened, impressed by Vlad's strategic thinking.
"You played the long game," he remarked.
