Not only is the world itself cranked up to an 11, but the Magic world is now just that, a magic WORLD separated from the muggle world, meaning there is a lot more room for things. You can even consider it a Dark Souls of Hogwarts. What makes this novel dark is, since it will have some inspiration from some things like Dark Souls is that the world is hell, and gritty. There will be no participation in forced fortification but it will be discussed, and 'witnessed' so to speak, as well as other possibly triggering things.
