I get into my car and place my bag in the passenger seat

"You got a whole new life huh?" I look in the rearview mirror to see Michael sitting in the middle seat

"What are you doing here?" I ask moving hand over to my keys where I put a thing of pepper spray Jay had given me

"I wanted to check on my wife" he smirks

"It wasnt legal!" I say pointing the pepper spray towards him spraying him causing him to scream in pain as I rushed out of the car

I grab my phone from my pocket walking away and try calling Jay but it just kept making the dial sound I hang up walking faster towards the E.D

"Where do you think you're going Kenny?!" I hear Michael's voice shout as he stumbles out of my car his face red

I stumble over the concrete sidewalk as I try rushing in to the hospital I stand up and start running

I run in the hospital to see it bare

"You got no where to go baby" I turn around to see Michael standing there

"Just stay away!" I shout trying to press the knozel down but it doesnt work

"Dont do this baby" he says as I run around the desk

He follows closely behind as I run throughout the hospital

I feel a hand snatch my hair causing me to fall back

"You'll be mine forever now" he says before lifting his hand up

I jolt up panting I look around and see a sleeping Jay beside me, I let my breath out laying back down cuddling into Jay's side

Today I go dress shopping with my mom, Gabi and Ryan and Jay is going tux shopping with his brother and Antonio

I jolt back up running to the bathroom, I dry heave over the toilet but nothing came up

I walk back into the bedroom after 10 minutes of leaning over the toilet to see Jay sitting up

"You ok baby?" He asks opening his arms

"Ya just felt like getting sick but nothing I just think it's from the nightmare" I say crawling on the bed onto Jay's lap as I hug my fiancee

"Tell me about it" he says kissing my shoulder

"I was getting off of work and I got in my car and Michael was sitting there waiting for me" I start hugging Jay tighter as I tell him about my dream "so I pepper sprayed him and I got out trying to call you but it was like my phone was disconnected so like in all horror movies I tried running back into the hospital but I tripped causing him to catch up a little even though I sprayed him in the face" I pull away placing my hands on his face looking into his eyes

"The entire E.D was empty and he was behind me so I tried running around the desk but that didnt work so I ran around but he grabbed my hair" I say running my hand through his hair "last thing I remember before I woke up was him about to hit me" I say hugging him

"He wont hurt you anymore Kennedy" Jay says pulling me closely into his body

"I promise you that ok as long as I am alive I will protect you and Ryan with my life" he says laying back

I feel my breathing slow down as Jay and I just lay there in complete silence

"You go try dresses on today are you excited?" He asks as he strokes my hair, I smile nodding my head

"Very" I say looking up towards him "it's just going to be me, my mom, Gabi and Ryan" I say when I went and made the appointment they said to keep minimal but I could bring as many people as I'd like but i wanted to most important people's opinions

"You'll look absolutely gorgeous in any dress believe me on that" he says kissing my nose I blush looking away smiling

"I cant believe I am marrying you" I say listening to his heart beat

"I should be saying that" he chuckles pulling my body up so we were face to face

"Because you are resilient, strong, beautiful, caring, and loving" he says kissing my face between each reasoning and ending by kissing me on the lips

"I love you Jay" I say looking in his eyes so he knew I meant it

"I love you too" he smiles kissing me once again

I look at my clock both Jay and I along with Antonio booked the day off to look for our dress and tux, I already found my bridesmaids dress and Jay was doing something similar to his so they would find theirs while he was looking

My maid of honour is of course Gabi and my bridesmaid were April, Natalie, Kelly who is one of my childhood friends we recently got back in contact after years and we got so close again and Maggie as my last bridesmaid; Jay had chosen Will as his best man, and his groomsmen were Antonio, Kevin, Mouse who was coming back for the wedding and Adam. I never met Mouse but Jay met him in the army and they were close, and he even worked with intelligence unit for awhile before reenlisting

I get up from Jay's embrace and decide to shower since it was 6:28 and I wasn't going back to sleep any time soon

I let my hair down from the low ponytail and turn the knozel to the warm setting before stripping down and jumping in and quickly washing my hair and body before getting out to see Jay was no longer in bed

Cause I would be trying on dresses today I slip into a simple black underwear set and put on a white tshirt and black leggings

I walk downstairs and hear Jay and Ryan laughing, we excused Ryan from school cause I wanted my little girl there when I find my dress this would be our 3rd shop we looked at but I couldnt find the one, the first 2 she wasn't there cause we went during the middle of the week and today is Friday so I thought why not she is ahead of the class so the teacher didnt mind but we would stop by to get her weekend homework

"Good morning" I say as I turn the corner seeing both of them sitting at the table eating cereal

"Morning mom" she says smiling before taking a bite of her cheerios

I kiss the top of her head and grab a cup and pour some coffee, I add a few teaspoons of sugar and my hazelnuts creamer and sitting between the two
