Yogic Energy

"Yogic energy is power system like soul power system which is forgotten in your time line but in our era (I will call it ancient era). We practice energy pathways, some call them marma, others meridians, nadis or channels. These pathways are a complex system in the body where your energy, life force, prana or chi moves. We have 72,000 nadis (channels) moving energy through our system."

"We had saying in ancient time Energy, like water, should be moving to keep it fresh, otherwise you'll create a stagnant swamp."

"I often use the comparison to traffic of your era when I talk about energy. All the energy pathways are streets and every so often, these pathways meet at a roundabout. Roundabouts have a circular movement with incoming and outgoing roads. It is the same with our energy system. In our body, we have about 122 small roundabouts or chakras and 7 big ones (or 8 in Kundalini yoga). Because of the circular movement, these roundabouts are called chakras, which means 'wheel' in Sanskrit. 

"Each chakra relates to a different set of physiological and psychological characteristics. When we learn about these chakras and their characteristics, we can begin to recognise any imbalances in the chakras and where our energy may be stagnant or perhaps too free-flowing. There are many simple practices we can do to bring our chakras, and our energy body as a whole, into balance including sets of yoga postures, meditations and pranayama. We can take steps to clear the traffic jams at the roundabouts, to carry on the analogy."

"There are seven chakras

First or Root Chakra – Muladhara – the base of the spine

Second or Sacral Chakra – Svadhisthana – lower abdomen

Third or Solar plexus Chakra – Manipura – upper abdomen

Fourth or Heart Chakra – Anahata – centre of the chest

Fifth or Throat Chakra – Vishuddha – throat area

Sixth or Third eye Chakra – Ajna – forehead, between the eyebrows

Seventh or Crown Chakra – Sahasrara – the very top of the head

Each chakra has its own work and used once you open all chakra and circuit of your body is closed then you can use yogic energy any by using it you can create miracle. It can make image like snake so we call it kundalini."

"if you open your all chakras and can use energy then you have power to rival level 100 god of this douluo world and with increase in your proficiency of using it you can became more powerful." Explained Shivarjuna.

"Then can I also use it and became god now?" Asked Feng Xuan excitedly.

He always wanted to become powerful to control his destiny and his dream full field just by opening chakras.

"It's not that easy, all chakra opening are complicated and you cannot open it without proper guidance and opening it have some requirement. You also needed to bear tremendous pain during opening of each chakras and with each chakra opening next chakra opening becomes more difficult so your cultivation of yogic energy needed much more time and you cannot start it now." Said Shivarjuna.

Feng Xuan who was exited after hearing this became sad.

Seeing Feng Xuan becoming sad Shivarjuna said "You cannot cultivate yogic energy now but you can cultivate bow technic as well as Astras with you soul power. After six years, I have developed Astra system based on soul power so you can use Astras using soul power which in this douluo world told self-created soul skill."

"But this technic if known by anyone will bring calamity to you so you needed to be careful using it. I can protect you three times after that I would lose my yogic energy and needed to leave this world."

"What? No teacher, I will never use your three chance, I don't want to lose you. Said Feng Xuan with crying eyes. He don't have anyone in this world except Chief jack who cannot live longer due to life span ending. He don't want to lose his teacher so he determined to be not to use divine weapons without needed extremely.

After hearing this Shivarjuna felt warm and said "silly child, you needed to understand that nothing is permanent in this world. Winters and summers are temporary in nature. Similarly, pain and pleasure are impermanent. They will come and go away."

"I had already died what you sees is not me but just my thought so you don't need to think about it. You just needed to learn. I will pass my all knowledge to you in meanwhile and also provide you suggestion regarding soul ring attachment based on my six year research on this world."

"Teacher, how powerful are you now?" asked Feng Xuan with curiously.

"you don't need to learnt that you just needed to practice and became powerful as soon as possible and for your satisfaction I can only say that in this douluo world no one is my opponent." Said Shivarjuna.

Feng Xuan knows that his Teacher has read his memory so he knows that most powerful in this world is Qian Daoliu and Tang Chen which are demigod level but his teacher is more powerful than them which makes Feng Xuan excited but his teacher can only help him three times and then he will leave this world. So he also became sad and determined not to offend anyone if possible.
