This is my estimation of how Spirit Beast, Spirit Master, and Pokemon compare to each other. May be inaccurate, and might update it. But for now, that how I envision it for my novel.

Also in my opinion, the reason why spirit beasts above 100,000 is in great disadvantage compared to Title Doulou is because since Spirit Beasts isn't allowed to become God, they're unable to master the power of law while Titled Douluo are able to. Only Divine Beasts or exceptional powerful spirit beasts with outside help, such as Di Tian who relied on his 2nd Soul Core which is Yin Yang Core, to be able to use laws.
