{Flashback of a little before}

Xueqin goes with the Pope and 8th Wing and is teleported to the main headquarters of the Dawn Church. This is situated at the center of the Douluo Continent, specifically over the trail left by Renxue's swing when she fought against Bai. Even after 20.000 years, that trail had kept its holiness, making any evil spirit master powerless in there, making it the best place against the Holy Church.

Xueqin is guided by the Pope himself towards the core of the headquarters. They enter a sanctuary and go down in it. Over the place, there are statues of every past Pope, older as they descended, the first one being recognized by Xueqin as Qian Zuyin of the past Eight Shrek Devils.

Zuyin's statue glows with a golden color as a minimum quantity of all the Pope's statues. The Pope explains that the glow meaning is that she/he sacrificed his/her life for the world.

While they are descending, the Pope explains that this war against the spirit beasts won't finish well, indifferently who side wins as it will cause too much destruction. The Dawn Church's dream had always been peace, but they even know that to accomplish it sometimes strength is necessary.

They arrived at the bottom of the sanctuary. In there, there is a golden statue of the Angel Goddess, Xueqin's mother, holding in its arms a sword.

The Pope explains that the sword is the Angelic Sword a divine weapon left behind by Renxue and the one that kept the holiness of the place all these years.

The Pope also explains that by wielding the Angelic Sword, one is capable of obtaining the Angel Goddes himself. However, the cost is the life of the user as the spirit of him will burn as compensation to use such tremendous power. Most of the glowing Popes were the ones that sacrificed their lives to the sword to face against a terrible foe that dangered the world itself, like the Evil Sword God or the first Abysm God attack.

The Pope tells that to finish this war, an overwhelming strength is necessary, one enough strong to make everything surrender without a bloodbath.

Qingming (The Pope) offers him his own title as the Dawn Church and the Pope, letting him the decision to take the sword as due to Xueqin's Seraphim, the Pope thinks that he might be different, able to truly use the power of the sword without the need of sacrificing.

Xueqin thinks about it. He didn't want the war to continue and Mei fighting everyone else and causing a lot of death. Moreover, he doesn't feel anything dangerous about the sword, only a warm a familiar feeling and knowing that it was his mother weapon, he really doubted that it would kill him.

In the end, Xueqin touches the Angelic Sword, a warm feeling covering all his body as his bloodline is excited by it, his Seraphim spirit completely awakening and creating divine rings. It also restores the Holy Sun of Renxue that was destroyed 20.000 years ago. Having passed enough time to be restored, Xueqin's ascension is the final spark. The Sun gives an incredible boost in strength, his strength no inferior to a God-King.

However, just as his power was increasing, a dark formation appears under him and some metal pieces start surrounding him, caging him inside him, making him immobile as the Angelic Sword is becoming tainted with darkness and evilness, taking a black color. With the sword, the Holy Sun is also transforming, becoming pure evil.

Xueqin can see Qingming grinning at this. Qingming's aura changes as his image. His hair changes to long red hair and black wings appear on his back, evilness exuding from them. Like Xueqin, he has also twin spirits, the first one being the Paladin and the second one being a Fallen Angel.

Xueqin recognizes his new image as the one thought to be the leader of the Holy Church, Yu Xie.

Qingming thanks Xueqin's help before completely caging him and making Xueqin fall unconcious. Then, a black mecha appears next to them and the caged Xueqin is put inside it, becoming its new core.

Qingming enters the black mecha, taking the Tainted Angelic Sword, and launches towards the battlefield.

"Yu Xie!" Yu Bibi shouts seeing the approaching mecha and recognizing him and discovering Xueqin's state in the mecha.

Seeing Yu Bibi, Qingming thanks her as she had been a great help to him. Their cooperation being beneficial for both of them.

Qingming explains that his dream had never been peace, his dream is the destruction of every god and god related. Even when the Divine Realm disappeared, the legacy left by the gods continues there. The Tang Sect, the Spirit Pagoda, the Sword Valley, the Holy Church and the Dawn Church continued being the strongest of the world and deciding the future.

Qingming blames the gods for Zuyin's sacrifice. The Tang Sect that Mulong was part of, the Sword Valley that Mulong used to become a god, the Dawn Church that let Zuyin be sacrificed and the Spirit Pagoda that stayed aside, focusing on their benefits. He blamed everyone of them and his dream was for all of them be destroyed.

That the main reason that he become the Dawn Church's Pope, to slowly take the power from them while keeping control of the Dawn Church itself. He even killed his and Zuyin's master (The last Pope) himself and took his position as he pushed his responsibility to Zuyin, scared of dying himself.

Thanks to his second spirit, the Fallen Angel, he reunited the dispersed Holy Church remains after the war, reorganizing them and making them stronger while weakening all the other powers, to finally cause a clash between both that finish with an auto-destruction.

When he planned for the attack to the Holy Church's headquarters, he planned to kill everyone in it, making it easy to destroy the leaderless organizations. He was even ready for Bibi's betrayment.

To escape Bibi killing him, he used his Divine Soul Sword to resurrect from death. As he had twin spirits and one intent focus on each spirit, he was able to have two 10th pseudo spirit rings, making it possible to use even if he had uses it as Yu Xie before.

He had prepared an even stronger God-Killer to explode the headquarters, killing everyone in it. However, he changed his mind once he saw Xueqin's Seraphim.

Seeing the new Seraphim, he turned to his other plan, to taint the Angelic Sword.

Fallen Angels were created by tainting Angels so he wanted to taint the sword and use it to destroy the god's legacies. However, he was unable to use it, the sword detecting the darkness inside him and rejecting him.

But with Xueqin's Seraphim, he could be easily accepted by the sword and then using Bibi's Divine Mecha design, Qingming will be able to use the sword, using Xueqin as the core of the mecha instead of Mulong.

The spirit beasts starting the war, only made everything easier, everyone letting be controlled.

Now that Qingming had the power to kill gods, what will be a better demonstration that killing every god's son. Bibi, Wulin and Mei becoming his objectives before the total destruction of the Dawn Church, Tang Sect and Spirit Pagoda.

While explaining his desires, Bibi and Mei attack him full of anger for capturing and using Xueqin. However, both of them are repelled by Qingming.

Qingming's strength is not of a normal god. Having tainted the Angelic Sword, his power was more of a fallen god rather than a god. That way his power was heavily focused on fighting against divinity. He might be weaker than them in a numerical way, but Qingming's power was the perfect counter against gods, becoming something like a God Slayer, calling himself a Demon.

Mei is quickly overpowered by Qingming, but Bibi can stand against him thanks to her position. She is the Chaos Goddess and Chaos energy is outside divinity, not being countered by Qingming.

They fight and both receive injuries, but in the end, Bibi finds her limitations, being unable to completely control her Chaos Energy at full strength as it starts affecting herself. Unlike Bai, she didn't have the special eyes to make it easier. While she would be able to control it in the future, her god position was too new.

Qingming defeats Bibi, declaring the winner of the war and prepares to kill them and everyone over the battlefield as a show of his new power, but a new person appears holding a big greatsword, Shi Mucheng, saying Qingming to stop.
