Su Heifang, he wasn't an average person even among the Third Division. The reason for that stemmed from his martial spirit and as a result – talent. From a very young age he lived a rather comfortable life. There was no drama, no tragedy, and no suspense.
He was just a normal spirit master in a normal third rate academy that doesn't have a qualification with very normal teachers and a village girl to see during nights.
The only thing that differed him from the crowd was his burning ambition. He believed to belong to another cast of masters. That very cast that rule over weak and is strong. Yet, like many others, his abilities were not up to par for the perfect vision of himself in his mind.
He was very hardworking but to no avail. Nothing helped, many surpassed him, and he saw it happening with his own eyes. He wasn't able to break through to the realm of a grandmaster and inject the second ring.
Until he met her and fell in love.
It wasn't about beauty or position. It was about power! She was too powerful! The woman six years ago was already a spirit saint. She was a year shy of her thirties. How powerful was that? How talented?
She was a member of the Second Division and the day they met changed everything for Su Heifang. She opened his eyes and showed him a new path, a new world. A world where he can be anyone and there was no limit. So he willingly stepped into it. And from then on he killed many. The first was his annoying village girlfriend. She was very clingy and Su Heifang grew extremely tired of her. Then was the turn of his former classmates and the ones who surpassed him. He killed all to prove his worth.
When they were all gone, he didn't stop. His life philosophy was very straightforward.
To be equal to her, he needs power. And to prove his power, he needs to kill stronger opponents.
So he never shied from a fight. He wasn't a coward and wasn't the one to run from adversity. Because he had a strong belief. And that craving for blood. He was granted power by one of the Great. His own flesh mutated with his and new blood flow through his veins making him something more than a normal human.
So even with the girl moaning under him now, he felt pleasure, but also that hunger, that thirst for killing. It never stopped, it was always there even while he sleeps.
The girl stopped moving. She didn't cum. He did. But with the status and brutality of the man, she didn't dare to utter a word of complaint and pretended to be very satisfied. Still, she wanted to run, to get away, because being near him is like staying in the cage with a wild beast. One can't know for sure when and how he will attack.
They slept because she was ordered to, but throughout the entire time what she felt is fear and pain because of dryness below.
He took out his manhood, placed it in front of her face, and ordered to clean it. She complied without a word with the same fake smile.
Just when she was about to lick it, the man disappeared, and then came a gust of wind that threw her off the bed. The girl got tangled in the blanket that covered her vision, but from the sudden shadow standing near her, she surmised that something went wrong.
"Don't remove the blanket from your head if you want to remain alive." - just as she was about to free her vision, a cold voice came to her. It belonged to a young man.
"O-okay..." - the next moment her consciousness went dark.
"Who the fuck are you? How dare..." - she heard a scream of the man who slept with her moments before, but it was cut short and the fight broke out.
Despite Sixth perfect sneaking arts, the last member of the fantastic four was in no way average person. Aiden saw it all and was genuinely impressed. Sixth chose an excellent moment for attack, yet the man could react. He shifted his body, avoiding critical hit and let himself being blown away to buy time.
Of course, he didn't escape completely unscathed.
"Sixth, take care of the girl. She is just a mortal." - said Aiden and stepped closer to the muscular man. He can be considered handsome by the features of the face and body, but he reeked of blood and death. That barely controlled bloodthirsty desire and killing intent made him outright hideous to look at. - "You are like an animal."
"Nice." - said the man and licked his hands that had his own blood on them. Excitement and battle lust were written all over his expression. - "And here I thought I will be bored to death. Ah, look at that bitch, she is still alive. Haha, hey, you Blackie over there, nice tickle that was."
'Great. Just another maniac for me to kill. Why at least one division member doesn't befriend his head for a change of scenery?'
Aiden unsheathed his sword and stepped forward.
At first, Su Heifang had a playful smirk on his face, but soon it was no longer present.
'How is that possible? How is he able to learn True Aura of the Sword?'
A symbol flared on his forehead and his body shifted to dragon form. Aiden used several skills at once. He enhanced his power and speed, imbuing the sword with Hell's Bane and seemingly relaxed.
But with this slight change, Su Heifang felt a tremendous difference in an imposing manner. All his senses screamed of danger as the hair on the head stood on ends. He acted on instinct, covering himself with blood armor and directly unleashing the power sleeping in his blood.
His casting speed was nothing like students of the academies. He was a true veteran of life and death battles. It was all done with a single thought.
His change amazed Aiden but never influenced his attack, as he nearly disappeared from vision, converting into a blurry line of platinum light.
His sword flashed as Aiden appeared behind the man, and a hand flew into the air. Edge, enhanced with True Aura, cut through the platings of blood armor like a hot knife through butter.
Yet Aiden was forced to immediately assault him again. Su Heifang used another ring that let him control blood. He brought the arm to the wound and regenerated it in a blink of an eye.
"You are strong, but it is..." - he probably wanted to say something about how it is very damn hard to kill him, but was interrupted with another sword strike.
This time a sword met a blade, sending sparks all around.
Aiden changed a grip and made a fast frontal chop, then shifted the sword, slid it to the hilt of the saber, and making half a step back, pierced forward aiming at the heart.
Su Heifang never in his life saw such sophisticated swordplay. It was not spirit skill or martial art. It was pure physical art of fight with a cold weapon, based only on the expertise of the body, loads of training, and tremendous experience in battle.
He turned his body to the side as fast as he could, yet avoiding unexpected stab in point-blank range was hard. It still went through his shoulder collarbone.
Aiden didn't dawdle, twisting the sword and infusing it with his fifth skill from Tree of Life, Dispel. That proved to be one of the best decisions ever. The wound immediately churned black and sizzled with a loud noise, as if a glass of water was poured onto a frying pan full of oil.
"Aaaah!" - Su Heifang screamed. It wasn't his corrupted power, or spirit power, that reacted in such an explosive manner, but the demonic bloodline. It suddenly separated from him and went out of control.
In the end, Su Heifang wasn't a demon, but a human. And even if he injected bloodline through his martial spirit that was complementary to its attributes, he still never genuinely became one.
He stepped back and unleashed Corrosive Cloud skill around as protection, yet a streak of light severed it in two, going for him. Aiden never stopped for a second and the sword left a deep gash on Su Heifang chest, cleaving saber in half in front of him.
An outburst of True Aura clapped like thunder, sending a shock wave through the room that bounced off the energy barrier, ignited by the special formation stones. Sixth did a splendid work sealing the floor beforehand.
Su Heifang flew out, slammed into the wall, and slid down. His blood flow stopped with his heart cut in two, giving the last beat before freezing and hardening like a stone.
"Send for Shadow, let him clean up here. Mobilize Slayers, order them to kill everyone that helped the Division members. The girl?"
"I knocked her out." - said Sixth and waited for further orders.
"Good, take her out and arrange life in another city as another Shadow. If she refuses, give money and send her to a village in another kingdom where we have loyal people among the leaders. I'm done here." - Aiden stepped out, before removing everything with Horont. - "Also, as we agreed with Aaron and Hongjun, do it in a couple of days."
"Yes, Sovereign."
