Douluo Dalu 3: The Legend

A boy is reincarnated into the Douluo Dalu world as Tang Wuling's sibling. Let's see the fight to the top of our protagonist. This is my first story, don't be too toxic please. This synopsis will change with the story as I don't really have it very defined.

Beginning

I found myself in a strange place, darkness the only thing that I could see. See? No, sense would be a better term to use. I couldn't feel my body at all, like floating around but I could sense the darkness surrounding me.

'What happened?' Thoughts were the only thing that came, my voice not surging at all. I was walking over the city as usual and suddenly I found myself in this situation. What could have happened?

"You persisted, eh?" I heard a tired voice "It's always like this, fucking other universes and their different laws." The voice said pissed "It would be so easy to operate everything with the same way, but no, we need to be originals."

'Who are you? What happened to me?' I asked impatiently.

"Now you go with the rush. But considering your case, I suppose that it's normal" Said the voice "I am a superior being in charge to keep the universes stables, not letting them be swallowed by chaos. You can consider me something like a god or a mere handyman that works with universes, it's up to you."

'So you are a god?' I asked with doubts, but in my actual situation it wasn't like it was impossible to believe 'I died? That why I am here? This is the afterlife?'

"Half-point" The voice said "You had died, but you are here because of the way you died. You had the bad luck to be ripped apart by a dimensional crack."

'Dimensional crack?'

"Chaos between dimension that erupts in certain points" The god explained.

'So it was some kind of your fault' I complained 'You are the one in charge to keep them'

"Are you really complaining about me? Hahaha!" He laughed "You don't have enough value for to matter your circumstances. For you to know, these cracks are necessary. If I were to suppress them, at the end, the universe would be the one to erupt. You can think about compressed air that is heating, you must let go some steam."

'Couldn't you at least have controlled where the crack appeared?'

"What a joke! Control the chaos itself. It's called chaos for something boy. I can't know where or when it would appear."He said "It's not like it really matters, a lost souls every tens of years is not too much work, comparing to find a way to solve the problem."

'Okay, you are too lazy and I have bad luck' I said pissed 'Now what? Can I recover my life? Or it would be some cliche like reincarnation'.

"If something, I would say the reincarnation part" he said "I can't let you here, it could affect the chaos here, and it's better to not touch it. I'll need to reincarnate your soul."

'Can I choose the place?' I said a little eager, having read maybe too many isekai novels, I wanted to be reincarnated with cheats in an anime world if I could.

"No" God said "The dimensional crack connected two worlds for an instant, you will be put over the other world as the connection with your world is lost."

'Can I have some wishes? As your apologies for killing me.'

"You really don't listen. I don't have anything to apologize, it's a natural case. A lot more people die for lightning strikes, why I'll need to repay you? Even more when it involves making my work harder. If it were for me, I would erase your presence and finish with all. Be lucky that I can't."

Fuck. I've got a lazy and stingy god. The ones that you can't even negotiate. 'Can I at least keep my memories?'

"Of course" Woaw that was easy "Your memories are the ones that keep you as a stranger, being unable to normally reincarnate, requiring my services. I won't waste my time to transform your memories, better use the fast way I'll need to reincarnate you one time, after that your previous memories would be recognized by the universe, being normally forgotten in your next life.'

At least having a lazy god had some good things. If I weren't to keep my memories the reincarnation would be for naught. What matters if you don't remember anything?

'Can I know the world where I will go?' I asked.

"The universes are infinities as every decision creates a new one. Also, every world had its own tempo respect the others and sometimes influencing others" He explained "For the world that you will go, I think that you have some literature of your world explained about it."

He stayed quiet for some time "It would be the universe similar to the novel of Douluo Dalu. To be exact it would be at the timeline of Douluo Dalu 3: The Legend of the Dragon King."

'Can it be another timeline? Like the first or the second?' While I had some insights about Douluo Dalu 3, about the protagonist and some things due to spoilers, I didn't finish reading it, only going about chapter 700, lacking concrete information.

"You didn't listen?" He scoffed "The world is already connected, with its time defined. It would be too much work to change it, wasting too much time."

'There anything that I have a say in? Or are you simply going to reincarnate me as you want?' I said pissed.

"And you return with the impatience" He laughed "You must improve in that!" He stopped laughing "About your choice, I can let you choose one thing. Who do you want to be in that world?"

'I can choose who I am reincarnated as?' My eyes would have shined with excited if I had actual eyes.

"I must reincarnate you, putting your soul over that universe. You can't become an already existing person as I would need to act in that soul and that would be more work. But putting your soul over a woman impregnated oocyte, creating a new life it's fair game. It won't change my work whoever you choose so I in my benevolence let you choose."

Benevolence your mother! But it's a very good opportunity. Even if I am unable to choose my spirits and talents directly, these are heavily related with genetics so it's a great deal being able to choose my family.

Some time passed as I thought of different possibilities "It's for today" God said impatiently "If you don't choose, I'll choose for you."

I wanted to retort about the impatience as he had me before, but I knew better of his kind. Pissing him would be a direct ticket to a poor family without soul power.

'I already decided' I said determined 'I want to be born as Tang Wulin's sibling.' I thought of different options but in the end I found that what could be a better cheat than having gods as parents, both of them highly talented. If I am lucky, I might even have the Golden Dragon instead of Wulin.

"Okay" God simply said "Bye and don't come again." A hole appeared over the dark space, I found myself being absorbed by it.

"One last thing, there are some changes here and there, so do not think the world as the same. If I remember correctly it has something to be with harems being the normal way there, but I'm not too sure."

'Harems? It's a man's dream, but I didn't really know how would it be in reality. I'll need to be wary of the changes that could produce.' That was the last that I thought before being engulfed by the hole.

"Yaaaaaah!" God yawned "Too much work, I deserve some resting time. 5 years would suffice" He said before falling asleep.
