"Your center of balance is all wrong. Try it again." Taking a step back Red Wulin looked at his clone calmly. There was something about his gaze, those damned eyes of his that made Gold Wulin want to tear him limb from limb even more.
Shooting to his feet Gold Wulin summoned the Sea God's Trident into his hand, the immense weight of the weapon only barely affecting him. Grunting from strain Gold Wulin swung the Ultra Divine Tool like a club. It was a barbaric way of fighting, a far cry from his father's elegance with the weapon, but with his physical strength, it was lethal anyway.
Tapping the side of the weapon its balance shifted, the weight suddenly pulling the prongs of the trident and Gold Wulin down to the ground. All it took to destroy Gold Wulin's impressive force was a single tap in the right spot.
"Fix your center or balance and maybe you'll hit me. Oh yeah, hold your weapon properly too." It was obvious from the crimson staining Gold Wulin's face that he didn't appreciate Red Wulin's advice but the latter had no intention of stopping here.
"Y-You bastard!!!!" Stabbing forward with the heavy spear Red Wulin once again stopped his clone's attack with ease, the immense power of the Golden Dragon King falling short when compared to the techniques of Humanity.
"Littlebitchsayswhat?" Looking down at Gold Wulin, Red Wulin wore a smug grin on his face as he awaited the desired response. Looking at him blankly, Gold Wulin sighed as he rose, his weapon pointed at Red Wulin in a clear warning.
"What do you… Oh for the love of god!" Tossing the spear at Red Wulin in irritation Gold Wulin was annoyed at his clone's childishness. "What do you get for playing around with me? Use my blood already!"
Looking at Gold Wulin for a moment, Red Wulin contemplated his offer seriously. If he used the blood of the Golden Dragon King, killing Gold Wulin would be all too easy. Then he could absorb him and get access to all of the Golden Dragon King's essence whether it be memories or something more abstract. However…
"I don't want to." Red Wulin didn't want to do that. This wasn't the Golden Dragon King that threw his father into a black hole, it was a misguided and misunderstood child. From the day he was 'born' to now, he had to hide away in a corner of the body that should have been his, the madness of an entire universe egging him on all the while. He didn't deserve that fate.
Red Wulin was no saint, his hands were covered in far too much blood to consider him that, but he had his bottom line. He had no qualms with killing adults but children were off the table. Even in the most cruel of acts done by a child, he wouldn't blame them.
Children were different from adults, they didn't know any better and often acted on emotion. He would always give a child the benefit of the doubt. There were limits of course but things were always different afterward. No matter how many adults he killed, he wouldn't regret it. He would forever regret killing a single child, however.
"Give me your best shot. Make me use your blood." That's why Wulin would give this pitiful boy a chance. It may take a day or it may take a month but he'd give this child his undivided attention. He would let this child vent out everything as much as he wanted.
After all, it was him that forced him into this cage.

"What is that blasted son of mine doing?" Muttering to himself as he carried his child's body to his temporary room Tang San could hardly believe this. He was the Sea God and Asura God, a God King that currently led the entirety of a divine realm so why was he being forced to eat so much food?! It was good but even a swine would get bored of pearls after the millionth!
Taking a deep breath the Sea God tried to calm himself. Truthfully, the food wasn't an issue. It was slightly hard to force down after a while but that was a mental issue and Wulin's body could easily pack in two or three more meals.
"I hope you're alright Wulin…" That was the issue worrying the Sea God. His child had been locked away in his mindscape for over half the day and though Tang San had tried his best to act as Wulin would things were difficult. Wulin's body didn't agree with his control, the Golden Dragon King's power clashing against his seals now that their owner was out of commission.
What was even more worrisome was the fact that Wulin's spiritual sea was changing, or at least the small portion that the Sea God could see was. His son's mindscape had always been tainted by annihilation, the deep crimson color of the sea the result of that corruption. It wasn't a bad thing as Wulin could handle the negative emotions that came with but that wasn't the point.
Wulin's spiritual sea had been changing, streaks of gold spreading throughout the crimson barrier that blocked his divine sight. As it stood now, it was like a golden river ebbed and flowed through the crimson earth but mere hours ago it was like a crimson strand. Things were changing to his child and Tang San could do nothing about it.
He trusted his son, he trusted Wulin's ability to return the victor. Out of everyone in their family, Tang San would say he trusted his son the most in that regard. And that was exactly what was worrying. As a parent it was concerning but as somebody who had stood in those shoes before he knew.
It wasn't easy being the victor. When people looked at you as the paragon of victory, you felt like you could never lose. With every victory the stakes would grow higher, the price for failure rising like a nightmare. It was a horrifying experience and one day… one day you wouldn't win.
You don't always win. Sometimes, even the strongest people fail to be good enough to claim victory. Not everyone could snatch victory from certain defeat. It was amazing that Wulin could do that but that was exactly what Tang San worried about.
That one failure could mean the end and any parent would fear for that time.

Hey there, hope you liked the chapter.
Truthfully, not sure how the whole divine possession thing would work and I kinda just made it up on the spot. I don't think I'll explain things all that clearly so let's do that here. First and foremost, this is a dumb thing to do. Tang San can't move freely, he can't use GDK powers, and divinity is extremely limited. I'm not sure I'll ever use it again but just in case let's leave these here, so I'll hopefully remember them. Probably not though. It's shockingly hard to remember stuff in this 100k word mess I've written.
