Honestly, I wasn't clear about all this. From the memories, Dual Essence and Innate Full spirit seems great, but I knew that even without all of this, I have my own 'plot armor', and I have a great adventure in front of me, and because my story won't start until at least I awaken my spirit, I shrugged the prompt window, and decided to enjoy my childhood.
Alas, Troubles started appearing, and I never seem able to do so.
