them to evaporate. So basically they can't be found in nature, and, only

Liuqi has the ability to make them. The Ability is permanent, unless Liuqi

changes it back to liquid himself. He can also use the hydration around him, or

in the air as a material. Any kind of water, except absolute water will bow down

to him. He can condense the metal in any shape he wants. Stronger the liquid,

stronger the metal. This ability was gifted to himself by a godlike figure, after

passing the first water test.
