Chapter 17 — Class Battle (2)

The large arena of the Han Academy was divided into two parts.

The first part was the arena stadium which was a large open field with the ground made out of marble.

The fight that was gonna be held was gonna happened on the arena stadium.

The second part was the arena spectating seat which surrounded the arena stadium.

Many people were sitting on the spectating seat since they were interested on the battle that was about to happened later.

In the large arena stadium, the class F-1 was located in the right side while the class D-1 was on the left side of the stadium.

They were currently in a heated argument.

"You guys from the class F-1 should just surrender already! Surrending now will be save you all from shame!" Someone from Class D-1 said loudly while laughing hysterically.

"We will not surrender! You guys from class D-1 are just scared that you might lose and want us to surrender so you all win without fighting!" Someone from class F-1 said furiously.

"What scared!? We were just kind enough to let you guys surrender so you guys can lose without any shame! Don't regret your choice later!"

"We class F-1 will be the one to win this battle!"!

"No, we class D-1 will be the one to win!"

The two class were arguing with each other fiercely. Fortunately, their teacher scold them violently.

The teacher of both class looked at each other with competitive eyes.

The true purpose of this battle was to see which class was much more better and stronger.

The class who will win the battle will gain much more resource for their cultivation, and this includes the teacher who taught them.

Yu Long and Fatty who had just arrived at the arena stadium was baffled at the fierce arguement.

"You two are finally here!" Teacher Lin said with a wide smile on his face.

"Ready yourself as the battle between Class F-1 and Class D-1 will begin soon," Teacher Lin said while looking at the class D-1.

His eyes showed uncertainty

Teacher Lin looked toward Yu Long and Fatty.

"The two of you will be out class representative of this battle since you two are the strongest. Unfortunately she did not came..." Teacher Lin said as he sigh.

"Me and Yu Long?" Fatty was quite surprised after hearing what Teacher Lin said

"Yes, and we need one more since the other one did not came.." Teacher Lin said sadly.

"Wasn't this supposed to be a class battle? Why can only three people can participate?" Yu Long tilted his head in confusion.

"It was meant with all of you participating, but the headmaster changed it to be three participant to make the battle simple and short. He just said it a few minutes ago, so I did not get the chance to tell you all." Teacher Lin explained.

Yu Long nodded his head and asked Teacher Lin, "So who was supposed to be the third representative of our class?"

Teacher Lin let out tired sighed after hearing his question, "She is called Xiao Yi, but she did not came.."

"Xiao Yi?" Yu Long had never heard nor seen that name before in the class.

"She joined the Han Academy a week before you two joined, but she had not attend any class and just holed herself inside her dormitory." Teacher Lin said with an downcasted expression.

"Oh I see..." Yu Long said while being curious about the girl called Xiao Yi.

"Then why don't you just pick a new representative?" Fatty asked curiously.

Hearing Fatty's question, Teacher Lin said in a low voice, "The others are not strong enough to battle against the three representative of class D-1 and I'm not even sure if you two can defeat them."

"Are the representative of D-1 strong?" Yu Long asked curiously.

Teacher Lin nodded at his question.

"Then what about this girl called Xiao Yi is she strong?" Fatty asked as he rub his stomach.

"Xiao Yi is strong and an innate full spirit power like Yu Long." Teacher Lin said with his eyes filled with admiration.

Yu Long was amazed after hearing what Teacher Lin said.

"What is her spirit essence?" Yu Long asked.

"Her spirit was called Star Dragon Spear," Teacher Lin said.

"Master's spirit is still the strongest!" Luna who was being quiet inside his mind, snorted.

"Wao! A dragon spear!" Fatty eyes sparkled hearing the spirit name.

Yu Long smiled wryly hearing what Luna and Fatty said.

Then he suddenly felt someone staring at him.

Yu Long turned his head around.

He then saw a young girl staring at him without blinking.

The young girl had an heart-shaped face with a flowing crimson hair frame. She had a pair of bright crimson eye with pointy, wide nose and a cherry thin lips.

She wore the standard Han Academy uniform.

Yu Long crimson eyes met with the girls own crimson eyes.

Although his crimson eyes had a more lighter shade.

The girl smiled lightly as she walked toward Yu Long.

"Xiao Yi!" Teacher Lin spotted the crimson-haired girl and was surprised to see her.

Xiao Yi did not replied to Teacher Lin.

She just walked toward Yu Long.

Her nose was twitching as she got super close to Yu Long.

Sniff..

"You smell like..." Xiao Yi said lightly as she smelled Yu Long neck.

"Sorry..?" Yu Long quickly got away from the weird girl called Xiao Yi.

He quickly hid at Fatty's back.

Yu Long was totally confused by what the girl did.

"Ah! The smell suddenly dissapeard!" Xiao Yi muttered, "Was I mistaken?"

"Xiao Yi! I'm glad to see you!" Teacher Lin said happily

Xiao Yi ignored Teacher Lin again as she looked toward Yu Long who averted his gaze.

'Wah.. This girl is crazy!' Yu Long thought inside his mind.

Teacher Lin smiled wryly seeing Xiao Yi ignored him.

"Anyway you arrive at a good time. The battle will now start."

The battle soon started, just like what Teacher Lin said.

The student who were not gonna participate left the stadium with dissapointment as they took a seat on the spectator seat.

Now only six people were on the arena stadium.

The class F-1 representative: Yu Long, Fang Lin(Fatty), and Xiao Yin.

The class D-1 representative: Yang Qi, Hui Qi, and Ling Tian.

Yu Long silently observed the enemy team.

The class D-1 had an carefree and arrogant expression.

They were so sure to win this battle.

Yu Long seeing their face like that grinned menacingly.

His eyes flickered in bright dark red.

[ Cosmic Regulus ]

Yu Long called his spirit essence as his body was covered in crimson and silver light.

The battle had began.
