Eva was not bothered, because she's already used to it, but Lilian was getting more angry minutes by minutes.

"I guess she won't be getting married because no one wants to date or marry a single mother, especially when she doesn't know the father of her child," Mrs Pepe said mockingly.

Sophia was angry but couldn't say anything, because her daughter wouldn't tell her the story behind Rosie's dad, so she doesn't know if it's true or not. But in her mind, she was cursing Eva for bringing her this much shame.

Lilian couldn't hold it anymore, she had to speak.

"Miss broadcaster, we know you love gossips and rumours of other people, why don't you focus on your family, especially your husband that loves to pick up young girls, your daughter's age and focus on your daughter too because the rumour is that she's sleeping with someone as old as your dad"

Everyone in the room has heard about the rumours, so they all nodded in agreement with what Lilian said

"And can you please shut your dirty mouth because we all know what you are doing behind the curtains" Lilian continued

Eva was shocked because she knows Lilian to be so quiet and preserved but never thought she was capable of talking back, not to talk about this.

Lilian looked at Eva

"I'm sorry I lost it, I couldn't hold it in anymore"

Eva took some time to gather herself together, to process what just happened.

"OMG Lilian, you are the best" Eva hugged her tightly

"I didn't know you had it in you, you go girl" Eva praised Lilian

"You are not angry?" Lilian asked surprised

"Why would I be angry, you just spoke my mind out, I'm glad you came with me" Eva hugged her

Mrs Pepe's face was as red as a tomato, and she got up about to leave the spa, because she was embarrassed, when Eva spoke

"Ma, you can't leave just yet, you've not finished what you came for and don't you want to know who my baby's dad is, well one thing for sure, it's not your broke ass ugly husband, so you can rest assured I won't be coming to your house later in future"

"Oh and I hope my daddy is serving you well," she said mockingly. The rumours are that Mrs Pepe is having an affair with her friend's husband, which is her father the CEO of Wills cooperations, her father.

Eva didn't know if it was true or not, but the reaction Mrs Pepe gave just now, has proven that the rumour is true.

"BITCH" Mrs Pepe murmured

As she heard those words, she was shaking and was about to run out of the spa, when Sophia grabbed her hair and started shouting, Sophia's body uncontrollably wants to jump on her, because she sensed that Mrs Pepe reacted to the statement was weird.

"Is it true?"

"Is what true?" Mrs Pepe asked as if she doesn't know what Sophia was talking about.

"What my daughter just said, is it true, so the man you are having an affair with is my husband" apparently she knew her friend was having an affair with a man, just to get revenge on her husband, but who would have thought the person she's having an affair with is her own very husband Noah Williams.

Sophia and Mrs Pepe began to fight, they were pulling each others hair and clothes. Their so-called designer clothes were torn, leaving them half-naked.

Eva was laughing at the sight of the women, they looked so pathetic, but she was glad they gave them the taste of their own medicine.

Eva and Lilian, continued their day as nothing had happened.

Her mother was so furious, she has never been embarrassed like she was today. She looked so pitiful.

Eva told Lilian she will be back soon, as she excused herself from the spa.

She quickly went to the shopping mall, to get her mother a cloth she can change into, she wouldn't have done that for anyone, but either way, that is still her biological mother, she can't let her go home naked.

When she got back to the spa, she went straight to where her mother was and gave her the clothes she went to buy.

Sophia took the clothes from her daughter and went into the closet to dress up. When she walked out she grunted looking at the outfit

"Why would you get an old edition, it makes me feel old, I'm not that old" The edition was two seasons ago, and it is still in vogue but because she wears only the latest editions no matter how expensive they are.

Eva was speechless, well that's just her mother, always complaining, blaming others and not satisfied with things.

Eva gave her mother a funny look and not say anything.

Not known to them, that some other customers, who were also in the spa with them had taken videos of everything that had happened.

Lilian was wondering how Eva could still be good to Sophia after all that, well she never had the chance to relate with her mom very well, before she died. Her parents died in a car crash when she was seven years old and moved in with her grandma.

After they had finished in the spa, they decided to get something to eat, before going home.

On their way back home they both laughed about what had happened at the spa earlier. Lilian told Eva she wants to go to her house to pick more work outfits and check if shes got any letters in the post.

When they got to Lilian's apartment, they both went in, and immediately they entered they were both shocked to see the whole place disorganised.

The door was locked Lilian thought, she didn't know what to think. Eva immediately searched the entire house to see if there is still someone in the apartment when she was sure that there's no in the apartment, she told Lilian that they need to go talk to the security guard outside.

When they got downstairs at the security guard's office, they checked the CCTV, but to their surprise, nothing suspicious was recorded since the day Lilian left her apartment. it was as if they had deleted the footage.
