Chapter 269 The Trap

"I'm not going to sleep. I'll go and check their situation first!"

Daniel said as he shook the silver water beneath him and sank.

As he was pushed out of his consciousness, Daniel suddenly opened his eyes, jumped up, and rushed out of the tent.

Arthur, who was in charge of the night guard tonight, turned to Daniel curiously and asked, "What's wrong, Daniel?"

"I can't fall asleep. I'll go to the zombie tide ahead to check it out!"

Arthur's eyes lit up and said, "I'll go with you?"

Shaking his head, Daniel walked towards the tent and said, "No, thanks. I'll ask the doctor to go with me. I always feel that there's a conspiracy for the head of the army to leave so many zombies there."

Arthur stayed to keep on guard at night. Daniel called Gunter and the two quietly left the camp to the zombies one kilometer away.
