Chapter 26 Getting to Know Each Other
James touched his head and said:
"We have a lot of things which you can't even imagine. If my boss agrees to let you in, you will have weapons in the future. Of course, you have to learn to use them."
"I will. Although I haven't fought in real combat, I always rank top in the shooting. At the year I graduated, I had the highest grades." Jack raised his head confidently.
"That's good. It's up to my boss. Good luck to you."
"You have to put in a good word for me. I want to follow you and become a hero."
"No problem."
The two chatted with each other and didn't notice that the whole courtyard was empty now. Only an armored car was parked in the center, and the bodies of several bodyguards at the gate were particularly eye-catching.
"Wait a minute. Let's clean up the bodies. It's so disgusting."
Harry and the other three went downstairs and went straight to them.
"What are you talking about? Did you know each other before?"
Lea asked as soon as she arrived.
"No, I just met him. He wants to join our team. Is everything OK at the back door?" James walked out of the security booth.
"James, come here and get to know each other."
Harry stood beside the armored car and called James.
"Okay... Jack, let's go. This is my boss, Harry. Whether you can join us or not is up to him."
James led Jack to them.
"Boss, this is the security guard I just knew. He wants to join our team. Do you agree?"
"Are you willing to do that? Do you know it's very dangerous?" After hearing James's words, Harry asked Jack directly.
"Yes, I am. I'm not afraid of danger. I'm brave, and I want to join the team."
Jack replied loudly and made a standard military salute.
"Well, welcome to join us."
"Boss, let's go to the meeting room of the security department. It's spacious and quiet there." Jack was smart enough to call Harry boss soon.
The meeting room of the security department was on the right front of the third floor. It was not very big, but spacious, and the light was very good. It was that rectangular, so people could observe the situation of the whole hospital.
It was reasonable for the leaders of the hospital to treat this place as the meeting room of the security department or the headquarters of the security department.
Harry walked around the meeting room and agreed with Jack.
"From now on, this will be our temporary meeting room. We need a place to make plans."
"Yes, we'll take this place as the command and establish our base in the hospital." James's suggestion was good.
"Well, let's sit down and introduce ourselves first," Harry asked them to sit down.
"My name is Harry. I was a student at the University of Science and Technology. Now I'm a preliminary savior, the leader of our team."

"I'm Jack. I was a security guard of this hospital, but now I've just joined the team."
After the introductions, they shook hands with each other enthusiastically.
In such an environment, knowing each other was not only a fate but also a mission!
Jack was familiar with this place, so he brought a cup of hot water and some biscuits for everyone.
"Now that we have known each other, we should take good care of each other and complete our mission together. I will temporarily assign tasks to you."
Harry took a sip and continued; "James will continue to be responsible for the security of the gate; the back door will be in charge of Park; Lea and Sally will be in charge of developing drugs; as an employee of the hospital, Jack is familiar with there, so he is temporarily responsible for the logistics, including our accommodation and cleaning up bodies."
"Do you have anything else to add? If not, let's get familiar with each other."
Park said,
"Harry, are you that Harry, who attended a global seminar on ballistics at the University of Alaska? You made a report on 'ballistics', which is known as the best thesis of that seminar."
Harry smiled and said, "Yes. No wonder I felt familiar as soon as I saw you. You were the special guest."
"Yes. You are young and promising. If nothing goes wrong, you will be the leader of ballistics." Park said from the bottom of his heart.
"Thank you. I still need to work hard."
When they were talking, Sally heard the name of Lea. She looked at her and came across something.
"Are you Lea who published 'genetic virus' on the International Medical Forum?"
Sally, sitting next to Lea, held her hand and asked.
"Yes. Have you seen my paper?"
"Yes, not only me, but all medical staff has seen it. Didn't some international research organizations contact you a few days ago?"
Sally looked at Lea in confusion.
"I've been here for a couple of days. I don't know any international research organizations."
Lea said with a smile.
"Oh, right. I forgot we traveled through time. But it's okay. Didn't Harry ask us to study the drugs? Your genetic virus theory is just right in need." Sally suddenly felt that this might be the reason why they were here.
"Yes, one has just claimed the theory of 'genetic virus', and the other is a medical expert. Our plan will come true soon."
Harry looked at them with encouragement, full of confidence.
"Boss, if there is nothing else, I will go to the gate first. After all, safety first."
James didn't want to say anything, so he was ready to do his job.
Bang...
Suddenly, a dull sound came from the third floor.
"What's going on? I'll go check. There should be no one in the hospital."
As soon as Jack joined the team, he seemed to be brave enough to volunteer to check the situation.
