I'm Going To Say This Once

It's a dark rainy night, cars slowly roll down the sleek streets. Small clusters of people walk on the sidewalks, on their way home from work, or to cause trouble. That's what part of this city consists of. Honest workers and scum dressed as people. This is Radio City, the year is 2150, the old war died off in World War 3. Alot of people lost their lives due to corrupt politicians hitting nuke buttons like it was a game of whack a mole. Nobody won that war. The nuclear fallouts infected nearly everyone in the world with abilities, to control the chaos, the government made robot assassins that eliminate and detect people with powers. After years of continuous slaughter, most people with powers used it in secret to save their own lives.
