A new princess

"Lady Skylar has arrived," Sophie said signaling Skylar to enter the room. "She's gorgeous," the water element said. "Well she is something of what we were expecting," the fire element said rudely. "What wonders she'll be," the air element said happily. "We better hope she has the skill," The earth element said calmly. "Now, now girls let's be nice to her," the light element said calmly. "I guess we can," The dark element said rudely.

As Sophie escorted Skylar to her room she was met by a maid who offered to help her with preparing Skylar. Sophie agreed as the maid escorted her out the room.

"You're so pretty," the maid said happily. "Thank you," I said softly. As she started combing through my hair I felt her add water. As she continued to do my hair I was waited patently till she finally finished. When she finished doing my hair she handed my a elven dress and a golden crown. "Here you go," the maid said happily. When I finished getting dressed I looked in the mirror to see a completely different person. My hair was in a bun and my clothes weren't the same.

"Ma'am you must start your water training right away," the maid said calmly. I nodded my head and exited the room before running into the water element. "Hi I'm Skylar," I said softly. "I'm aware of who you are. I'm Nadia the water element, I'll be teaching you how to master water. It's also the simplest element to master," Nadia said calmly. I nodded my head and followed her to a waterfall with a lake. "The easiest way to master water is to express yourself as water," Nadia said making a ball of water. As I gasped she handed me the ball of water before it stayed a float in my hands. She smirked and signaled for me to follow her.

"You see water is the easiest element to master," Nadia said softly. "However, this element can be the most dangerous when uncontrollable," Nadia warned. I nodded my head and walked with her. "So tell me Skylar, what do you think water is. Do you think it's a natural order of things, or do you think it's a power used for evil," Nadia said hesitantly. I paused before answering. "Water isn't used for evil, it's used for peace. It's a natural part of the world," I said softly. "Very well," she responded. "We can continue this tomorrow. You should go explore the towns," Nadia said calmly. I nodded my head and walked away from her.

As Sophie and Skylar explored the towns Skylar noticed everyone going into their homes. "What's happening," Skylar said curiously. Sophie gasped and formed a sword. "Please, You must go back to the castle," Sophie said hesitantly. "Why," Skylar said calmly. "It's not safe for you to be here, go back," Sophie stuttered. "No!" Skylar said rudely. "Hey, there's a royal elf here," one of the four guys said. The other three smiled and rushed to Skylar. "You guys are leopards. You guys are under king Leo," Sophie stuttered. "So," one of the leopards said rudely.

"Mark my words. If you touch me I can promise you it won't end well," Skylar said rudely. "Oh yeah watch this," the third leopard said summoning a portal. As Skylar fell through the portal she landed in a leopard's hand. "Oh that's the royal crown we definitely have a royal elf," the fourth leopard cheered. "Shouldn't we mess her up a bit before we take her in," the first leopard suggested. The other three agreed and reached for Skylar. "Lady Skylar Don't worry I'll get the guards," Sophie called out. Skylar nodded her head and looked at the leopards.

As the leopards continued to hit Skylar one of them suggested taking her to Leo. "We'll get rich after all Leo has a hate for the royal elves since they killed his father," the second leopard said excitedly. The other three nodded and summoned a portal to Leo's castle.

"Your majesty, we've brought a royal elf," the first leopard said excitedly. "Bring them in," Leo said annoyed. "First let's put tape and a bag on her," the third leopard said excitedly. As the taped Skylar's mouth, hands, and feet, Skylar was crying. As they finished by putting a bag on her head the doors to Leo's throne room opened signaling to bring Skylar in.

As the leopards set Skylar down Leo smirked. "Take off the bag I want to see their face," Leo said annoyed. The leopards nodded and took off the bag. As they took off the bag to reveal a crying Skylar Leo looked shocked. "We've brought you a royal elf, speaking of elf where's your fiancé Leo," the second leopard said curiously. "Skylar," Leo called out. As Leo rushed to hug Skylar he looked at the leopards and glared. "Sky are you okay," Leo said calmly.

"Leo they hit me and took me from the village I was visiting," Skylar said tearfully. As she laid in Leo's arms the leopards looked at each other trying to figure out what was going on with Leo. "Sky it's going to be okay. Wait where are the kids," Leo said frantically. "They're at the Elven castle," Skylar said frantically. "Leo did you just say kids," the first leopard said hesitantly. "You mean to tell me, you hit my fiancé, took her from the village she was visiting, and separated her from my kids," Leo said angrily. "We didn't know she was your fiancé. And we didn't know you had kids," the third leopard pleaded. "Leo I told them to stop, but they didn't listen," Skylar cried. "Get out of my castle," Leo said rudely. The leopards nodded and left the castle.

As Leo cared for Skylar he received word that the Elven army was on their way to retrieve their soon to be queen. "Skylar I am so sorry you had to go through that," Leo said calmly. Skylar hugged Leo with everything she had. "Leo I can't feel my legs," Skylar said tearfully. "It's going to be okay Sky," Leo said tearfully. As Leo picked up Skylar he was met with elves ready to get their princess. "Please don't hurt him," Skylar pleaded. "Lady Skylar," Sophie called out. "How badly has this leopard hurt you," the fire element said rudely. "He hasn't hurt me at all. He's my fiancé and the father to my kids," Skylar pleaded.

Sophie sighed in relief and signaled for the elves to go back. "Let me see her," Nadia said calmly. As Nadia used water to tend to her wounds as the earth element arrived. "My names is Evergreen," she said proudly. "Here are the herbs you need to heal her," Evergreen said happily. As Nadia made a potion for Skylar to drink she was surprised that Leo didn't hurt Skylar. "Also what's with the leopard," Evergreen said curiously. "That's Leo. He's the father of Skylar's kids," Nadia said calmly. "He's also my fiancé," Skylar said softly.

As Skylar drank the potion Leo helped her up. "Mind if I stay here for a while," Skylar asked softly. The elements agreed and left Leo's castle.
