Chapter 8

The doors open and the golden shine coming from the room made Asura smile. He walks in with the shadow clone and looks at the piles of cold coin, silver, and gems.

"Who knew being a bandit can be so good, but why hasn't the Empire attacked?"

"if what I can tell it's because it is hard to attack but easy to defend and since they attack one of the main roads to the capital, then it makes sense to have this wealth," the clones says answering

"Also, why waste soldiers to come and no mage is willing to take time out of his day to kill bandits." Asura himself says "take everything then go into the city and workers to rebuild our home." Asura leaves shortly after while the clones take out a large storage scroll.

He stands on top of the stone fortress wall looking down the path leading up to it

"I'll need more members. I'll get more from the orphanages and slums, at least that way they will be more grateful but that will be after the place is fixed up," he holds his chin "I will need to hire servants as well,"

He disappears from that spot and is back home, well more on the roof. He is standing on the roof of the main building in the back, looking down on Haku.

'Lord Asura is powerful, but why is he in a place like this?. I even saw him do space magic or maybe jutsu as he calls it' while talking in his head he is forming hand signs to get used to the motion and feeling. Bird, Boar, Dragon, Dog, Horse, Hare, Ox, Monkey, Ram, Rat, Serpent, Tiger 'such weird names'

"take a break for today. Tomorrow you will continue and in the coming weeks I will teach you other things." A voice says behind Haku. Haku turns around quickly and after seeing its Asura he calms down.

Two young men are sitting in a hot steaming bath sitting across from each other.

"Lord Asura, aren't you going to remove your hat?" asks Haku.

"I got so used to it I forgot." says Asura as he takes it off. Haku asked because he thought it was weird but also to see Asura's face. When he saw the bandages and the weird eye drawing, he thought Asura must have been in an accident. The eyes being the weirdest though as he saw the same one on the back of Asura's hand. He didn't ask, thinking it was personal.

Asura leans back on bath edge and enjoys the water "Haku how old are you?"

"14" Haku replies after

"next year when you turn 15 I will have you enroll in the capitals academy. It to bring some prestige to the clan and hopefully, by then we will have more members,"

"As you wish, my lord,"

"also Haku I already got closes for you and something to sleep on. You can sleep anywhere you want," Haku nods "ok,"

Asura just bought clothes from the system. Mostly kimonos, and he got some sandals as well.

He looks over at Haku, thinking of the potential he has in the future. "First, I will have to come up with clan rules. As for the clan symbol ill just use the three eyes"
