Book of Knowledge

Tuesday, 10th July, Year 1349

It's late afternoon now and I am having tea with Eva now, waiting for 3.30 pm to create a new item. Now my Cafe "date" ended on a good note with Fors and Xio agreeing to come here tomorrow evening at 8 pm. I also told Xio that I will tell her something important then too, basically about the plot of her father's death. I wonder how that will change her, can't wait to do it. I guess this is the beginning of the Harem. Eva is fine with it after I told her about Fors and Xio, and her response to me informing her about this was "I suppose it was inevitable" while nodding her head. Well it's not like I didn't tell her about it before but I suppose it's different when it becomes real rather than something I say. Then again it would have happened sooner or later.

"So brother today you are making an item for me? I wonder what it will be?" She asks me while sitting in my lap.

"You wanted to have Hermit powers right? It's related to that." I reply.

"Oh that pathway where the quote 'Knowledge is Power' can be taken literally? Yeah that's very interesting." She replies to me.

"Yeah it's also for your protection. After all this world is filled with much more chaos and madness than you can imagine. Just in case some powerful existences notice you, I am giving you protection in the form of this item. At least this way, you can protect yourself from even angels and run away." I tell her. "I am telling you this so that you don't underestimate those powerhouses, people here are very cunning. Just because this item I am going to make is on the level of gods, doesn't mean you are invincible until you master it."

She first pouts at my explanation and says, "Brother you are underestimating me too. But I get your point, after getting that painful lesson with that pill you gave me I have some basic understanding of this world now. I hope you can transfer more knowledge directly into my head so that I can use it to become powerful." I just nod to this and then look at the clock. It's 3.30 now.

I ask Eva to get up from my lap and then get up myself. I then conceal this room. After that I use Item Creation to form a medium sized book with a leather cover. It looks like an antique with yellow pages.

This book is aptly named Book of Knowledge. It has powers of Sequence 0: Hermit and Sequence 0: Paragon. Users of this book are restricted to me and Eva. It also has all the auxiliary functions like the previously produced items.

Using this book, I pass all of my knowledge of ritualistic magic I have and also the powers I have watched here in this city through my Omniscient Eye to Eva. I also passed all the Hermit Pathway information about powers that I read about in the source material, mainly powers that Cattleya and Bernadette used. She only got felt a light headache for a few seconds from all this information. I then give the book to her.

"Wow this is so amazing and exciting. I love this power, especially that bridge of stars it's even more flashy than my Moon teleportation." She says to me.

"Also don't forget about Paragon pathway. You can create robots with it too. They might help you in your labs. Also they might help in battles too. Their are many other direct combat applications too like the Power of disintegrating someone or something to atoms. So don't forget about it." I remind her.

"Alright brother, also please get me some more ingredients and things for my new potion and experiments and ritualistic magic. Here I will give you the list." And then she starts writing the list of ingredients and other stuff she needs.

While she is doing this, I realized that I should probably get my own residence rather than live here. Paul is a good guy so I can't just rebuild his house to my own convenience when I can just as easily get my own. So I immediately ordered my parasitized goons to get me a big mansion through normal means with a good neighborhood. At least this way, I can remodel the house without any worries.

Eva finished making her list and gave it to me. I removed the concealment on the room and let her out. I guess its time to steal some more stuff.

Wednesday, 11th July, Year 1349

I guess tonight is the night that my harem will finally meet. Wonder if there will be some drama, I hope not. Also should I meet Amanises(Evernight) again? Nah I probably should meet her after "convincing" and "trading" with Klein.

That way I will gain a good "ally" too. Hmm so now the question is whether I should meet Klein today or tomorrow? I should meet him today to make an impression easily. Since I can get the Antigonus family notebook easily and he will get it tomorrow so that would be another chip in my favor. I just decided recently to get the Sefirah Castle faster since I have a feeling that I will need it soon. And getting it would also get me Amanises' help. Maybe this feeling I am getting is from Adam, since he does have a connection to Chaos Sea.

And should I continue the Tarot Club? I think I should, also the Power of members doesn't really matter since I can boost them directly and they would be grateful for it. They would make great subordinates, and it might be fun. Would I be able to fill all 22 Tarot card positions? I will definitely try.

It's 3.30 pm now. I should get on with my daily use of my cheat. I used it to upgrade my Glasses of Almighty to have the powers of Sequence 0: Visionary, White Tower, Sun, Tyrant and The Hanged Man. I suppose the glasses will live upto the name now.

I can now watch the entire Loen Kingdom through the use of White Tower. It's quite useful.

At 6pm in the evening, I told my sister that I am going to meet a friend and that I might get a bit late. I also tell her to welcome Fors and Xio when they come. At first she pouts at this but then makes a mischievous smile. Oh well I deserve whatever she is planning to do. But I shouldn't delay getting Sefirah Castle because of this.

Alright it's time to meet the Original Protagonist.

Sorry for the late chapter. There were certain reasons I wasn't able to post the chapters, one of them me being too lazy for it. For that I apologize. I hope this chapter, somewhat satisfies you. I have also brainstormed for some new characters that will be added in Tarot Club. Also, I am just gonna say that Sun(Derrick) won't be the only character from Forsaken Land of the Gods in the Tarot Club.

I also changed some things in previous chapters, mainly Mr A that granted his wishes has been changed to just A so that you don't confuse it with Mr A from Aurora Order.
