Chapter 36

With the assistance of the Spiritual Grass he won and plenty of herbs he successfully broke through just a week ago!

The tournament will begin in another week, and A32 will solidify his Practice in preparation of trying to improve his rank.

Unfortunately Rank F Organisations only qualify for one spot in the competition each year or Samuel will have other Low Rank 1 Warriors who can compete. Out of the recent summons he has performed there have been no shortage of 16-20 year olds who meet the criteria.

But thinking about it objectively they probably wouldn't be able to get into the top 20 let alone the top 10. After all everyone who competes in the competition is the best that the Organisations can pull out.

A32 was able to reach the top 10 solely because of the Spiritual Fruit he got, if it wasn't for that he might not even reach the top 20!

But now he is in the Middle Rank 1, but Samuel is still unconfident in A32 coming in the top 3.

So Samuel didn't bother to go on to the match, and instead had his Dogs of War tell him how it went.

As expected A32 failed to break through the top 3, but reached the top 5 this month. But surprisingly the second place no longer came from any top organisation, instead it was actually Luke the suspected protagonist!

In just a month, Luke seemed to make a lot of progress. Not only did he reach the Middle Rank 1 he seems to have a feature to his attacks. Every time he attacked he seemed to be covered by an endless mist, making it impossible to determine where his hit was from .

Even without the benefits from various Spiritual Fruits that the other heirs have, Luke was still able to win the various fights.

The only reason Luke didn't succeed in reaching first place was that the first place winner actually used an Artifact at the last minute. But Samuel is convinced that by the next year if Luke does compete he will definitely come first.

After all, Luke now has a Spiritual Fruit as a reward and his strength will naturally improve.

Samuel was looking forward to Lukes growth in the future. As for offending the protagonist? Naturally Samuel wouldn't do something so stupid.

But just because Samuel wouldn't, doesn't mean no one else would.

Not even a day after, news rocked the city. The Third Place in the Youth Tournament was killed by the Second Place!

Samuel was stunned until he heard the whole story.

Apparently the Third Place Genius, a talented descendant from the SeaLife Organisation, was upset about his position being stolen by Luke, but he couldn't make a fuss immediately after the tournament with the Government observing them.

However that didn't stop him from chasing down Luke immediately after the tournament, one reason was for revenge and the other was naturally to rob him from his Spiritual Fruit.

Normally the top 3 all come from strong Organisations but now Luke appeared with no backing. Naturally the Third Placer was greedy for this treasure.

Although Spiritual Fruits might seem cheap now for only 5-10 Spiritual Fruits, but no one is willing to sell them easily. Unless the offer far exceeds the normal price, people never want to sell the fruits.

These fruits can allow a Warrior to beat others at their level naturally they would rather use it on themselves or their descendants.

All of this leads to the Third Place Warrior surrounding Luke with two or three Low Rank Warriors, expecting to force Luke to give him the fruits.

However things naturally didn't go as expected, Luke fought back easily killing all the warriors and ran away mostly unscathed.

When the higher ups of the SeaLife Organisation found out naturally they were furious. Three Rank 2 Warriors were sent out each with a squad of Low Rank Warriors !

Obviously, they were furious that a potential powerhouse was killed!

This third place genius means a lot to the SeaLife Organisation. He is a 2 Inch Spiritual Root, with a high chance to reach the High Rank 2.

Not to mention if he is lucky with the right chances he could reach Rank 3.

The current Blue Star is still divided into Multiple Continents. Samuels current continent is the Dragon Continent.

Mortal Cities on the Continent are divided into three tiers. First Tier, Second Tier and Third Tier Cities with Third Tier Cities being the smallest. Of course below this there are towns and villages etc,

Samuels current FieldView City is a small Third Tier City. Second Tier Cities can have billions of people living in them, and First tier cities have Tens of Billions!

And above that there are the Super Cities. Super Cities only have populations of Millions, but the difference is everyone living there is a Warrior. There is only one Super City on each continent and they hold the true powerhouses of the continent.

And Super Cities have a unique feature, there are no classical city facilities, it is fully composed of Organisations Compounds.

As for the requirement of moving your organisation to a Super City, you need to be a minimum of a Rank B Organisation. But Rank 3 Warriors are enough to serve as Ancestors and the Backbone of many Organisations even in the Super City.

Naturally this is far out of Samuels Reach right now. But for the SeaLife Organisation Rank 3 Warriors are an existence that they have and they naturally want more of them.

This loss can't be swallowed so they began hunting Luke down.

At this moment Luke was hidden in the Eternal Battlefield. Originally he thought he would be safe from detection, but the SeaLife Organisation seemed to have something that could detect him.

However right now Luke was staring at this large Stone Mausoleum in front of him.

''A Ruin? This should be able to cover my tracks right?'' Luke was ecstatic and immediately entered the large door to the Ruins.

However as he was walking down the pathway, he was unaware that a small crouching figure hidden on top of a Stone Statue was staring at him.

And at the same time Samuel received some interesting news from his Dogs of War.

''What the fuck? Luke actually entered our ruins?'' Samuel was stunned. He was attempting to avoid Luke as much as possible but somehow he stumbled across the Ruin.

But as soon as he heard the news a ruthless look passed through Samuels eyes.
