After it was officially captured he finally felt the increase.
It was like a deep pool entering his body. Easily comparable to defeating a couple of sons of luck.
But then his face changed. He felt a fraction of it separating from the stream and disappearing into the sky.
''What's happening?''
[Host, the Lucian Royal Family had been bound to a Son of Luck. A fraction of the Luck is being stolen.]
''Son of Luck? You mean Nigel??'' Samuel was amazed.
He had actually forgotten about that, Nigel was from this Plane.
''Luckily he wasn't here. Otherwise it definitely would be difficult.''
''Lucia go and call Nigels family here!''
Samuel nodded and commanded Lucia.
Twenty minutes later a family of ten appeared. The first was an old man sweating slightly in fear.
His eyes looked at the terrifying lineup of warriors and then at the young man in the front.
''Sir Duke Ortanio is willing to devote his force to you!''
But Samuel didn't pay attention to that. His eyes focused on a young girl beside the Duke.
[Detected a Heroine, please make a decision host:
Subdue Heroine, Reward: 10,000 Ordinary 1 Inch Spiritual Root Dogs of War Summoning Opportunities, 10 Two Inch Summoning Opportunities, Loyalty of the Heroine.
Slay Heroine, Reward: 100 1 Inch Summons]
''Lucia, who is that?'' Samuel pointed towards the girl.
''Ah that's the Dukes Daughter, she is only 20 this year but is already a Low Rank 2 Warrior.''
Lucia looked surprised but then reported what she knew, a hint of sourness on her face.
''I see Nigel's sister. Is this the weird brother sister relationship again?'' Samuels eyes squinted slightly but then he returned to normal.
''Nevermind. You come here!'' Samuel's voice raised as he pointed towards the girl.
''Lets go.'' he dragged the shocked looking girl to his side. And prepared to leave.
''Take the girls I picked.'' Samuel pointed towards the Dogs of War.
40,000 Dark Guards will be left here for now, Samuel will also transfer enough warriors over to slowly take it over.
To fully control 100,000,000 people it will not be a short time. But after the warriors are loyal it won't take long for the whole place to fall under his control.
Two days passed quickly. Samuel was laying in a large bed with two girls lying on his arms. One was Nigel's Sister, Tabitha, and the other was Lucia.
''Lucia, If i remember right your grandfather should've been a Middle Rank 3 Warrior right? What happened?''
This question had confused Samuel for a while. It would've been impossible to take over the plane if the grandfather was still there.
''Ah my grandad?'' Lucia looked surprised then slightly sad. Her body instinctively huddled against Samuel as her eyes turned red.
''He died a short while ago, we heard news about the Abyss Attack and wanted to try to kill some of the beasts. He lead a few thousand warriors and a lot of our top combat power out.''
''Unfortunately his group were attacked and kill with only a few surviving.''
Samuel nodded. It was as he expected.
The Abyss, while beneficial, is incredibly dangerous. The amount of creatures are unknown and their strength is incredible.
After all, even the Eternal Tree had to get involved when it appeared, clearly it isn't simple!
Not to mention the rewards from the system are so valuable. He has long since learnt that the quality of rewards from the system is normally proportionate to the strength and difficulty.
While Samuel was dealing with the resultant issues with capturing a new plane, another Player had been located!
Inside the Eternal battlefield, 5,000 heavily armoured soldiers traversed a large desert.
Just as they were entering, one of the warriors at the back felt a sense of danger.
''Not good!'' The warrior's cry alerted those around him. Like well trained soldiers they are, the two soldiers beside them immediately held bronze shields blocking the warrior that shouted.
Not even a second later a heavy crash echoed as the warriors holding the shields felt an incredible pressure push them back.
Dust poured in the air, and the commotion attracted the rest of the Army. But before they could even see the cause, over a hundred warriors suddenly experienced a panicked feeling.
Attacks flew from all over, but the legion were luckily able to block them with relative ease.
Finally the dust cleared, revealing hundreds of rough green roots spreading from the ground below the legions.
''Ents? Interesting!'' Lily's legion commander suddenly noticed the roots. Of course he attributed it to Ents immediately.
Ents and a Middle-Level species that evolved from ordinary trees that existed from absorbing spiritual energy.
But Ents occupy a strange position on the Eternal Battlefield. Ents aren't that good at travelling, and they can easily hide.
So many Ents exist for hundreds of years with ease.
However the reason why they are strange is because when they are formed they are like a baby. So many races with Planes will purposefully create Ents by growing trees in Spiritually rich areas.
Afterwards they will subjugate them and make them loyal. With Ents incredible lifespan even comparable to Elves they make the perfect guardians for many families.
Unfortunately the creation of Ents not only relies on Luck and a lot of spiritual energy but also a lot of resources.
In the wild, Ent's roots will absorb the energy and nutrients from the surroundings and any Spiritual Herbs that have been found.
But in captivity they can't do that, so it is the family's responsibility to provide them with all of these resources.
And the amount of nutrients and the tree that they are determines their potential.
''These are Ordinary Oak Ents, with Low Rank 1 Strength. Where do they get the confidence to attack us?''
The commander looked confused. He had led Lily's legion in search of Players but now was unexpectedly attacked by Ents!
''Wait isn't this in line with the Players' behaviour?'' Suddenly the commander smiled. It seems like he completed Lily's mission.
Like the last Goblin Player, he commanded his warriors to attack before the army did. Normally a scaredy species like Goblins would be more inclined to run away.
But now a more peaceful and relaxed species like Ents actually took the initiative to attack? And a hundred of them uniformly?
Thinking that they found a player, the commander's face lit up.
