Samuels arrival drew the attention of various people in the village. They were unaware that the Dark Guards had just killed their Village head.

''Mister, are you from the Capital?'' Suddenly a beautiful girl appeared and spoke to Samuel curiously.

''No I'm from somewhere far away.'' Samuel turned and smiled at the girl, appreciating his beauty.

He reached out and pulled her into his arms, ignoring her surprise.

Surprisingly however the girl didn't resist. She just blushed slightly and allowed herself to be pulled in.

Samuel shook his head and channelled his aura through her body. He wanted to know how good their mortal physique is.

And he definitely wasn't disappointed.

If the Mortal Physique could be divided into 10 levels, level one being malnourished or harmed slaves, level two being the uncared for mortals on lower level planes.

Level three is the mortals on BlueStar. With a balanced diet and good treatment.

But these mortals can easily be called Level four! They are strong, durable and well treated.

This is extraordinary for mortals of a Lower Level Plane. All of this hints towards the fact that the Empire takes good care of them and provides them with enough food.

He also checked the girl and found that she was a virgin despite looking 18 and being so willing to accept Samuels touch.

But since he interacted with her he decided to take her in as a concubine.

Soon he learnt why she was still a virgin. Unlike most Planes which widely encourage mass breeding and women often have children at 16 or younger, this plane is very particular.

Children aren't to find a partner until the age of 20, and the Village Head will specifically match you with the strongest partners. A lot like selective breeding.

Samuel also did some tests.

The results of his tests were very pleasing. He asked the girl some questions and learnt that everyone in the empire receives a daily meal package.

It contains enough food for five meals a day! And exercise and hard work is widely encouraged as well as the growing of blood nourishing plants.

These aren't spiritual plants, but are common ones like Ginseng and spices like pepper and coriander and some that Samuel doesn't know.

They are known to help the development of blood, which is the most important thing for mortals when they continue their generations.

As their bloodlines strengthen their children will be stronger than their previous generation.

''Clearly the emperor has a lot of plans for the future.'' Samuel sighed. All of this leads to the idea that the Emperor wants a lot of talents to come out of the Empire.

''But all of this will be easier for me.'' Samuel shook his head. He had slowly received news from his Dark Guards.

Although the Empire was strong, it was caught unprepared.

The Dark Guards killed 20,000 Warriors before the empire even caught on.

Now the remaining 30,000 are barely defending.

''It seems like it won't be long before they fall.'' Samuel ran his hands through the girl's hair in his arms and smirked.

What he was most excited for was the farms on this plane. To provide 100,000,000 people with herbs and spices there must be massive operations going on.

If Samuel can expand them further he can slowly develop all of the Mortals under the control of his forces!

Then more warriors with spiritual roots will come out. And those born with a Dog of War involved, even with their guaranteed spiritual root will be stronger than their competitors.

It's not that Samuel hadn't tried to do this before. But the environment needed to grow these on a mass scale is very particular.

And the land mass needed is huge. He didn't want to waste space for the population. After all, they would slowly develop anyway.

In fact the physiques of Samuels other planes are quite pitiful. The only ones comparable to these Lucian Plane humans are the Eltorns.

Because they all have the blood of Elves.

But the rest can only be around the First or Second level if you use a levelling format.

It is not impossible to say that a strong young man on the Lucian Plane could take out five from Samuels Eastern Plane occupied by slaves!

Samuel spent the night with the girl he found in the village. He had to admit that the quality of the women here was much higher.

He continued to browse this village and the surrounding few and found a dozen beauties that fit his standard for concubines.

All of them were as beautiful as the daughter of a merchant on BlueStar.

''The battle should almost be over by now.''

Samuel grasped the slightly tanned skin of a slender girl beside him and sighed.

EG1 bowed, ignoring the girl who looked up in surprise.

''And what about their family?'' Samuel expected this to happen. Through the System Princess Lucia was completely loyal to him.

But each adult one has over Rank 6 Strength, even from birth they can live for millions of years and grow to be millions of miles long.

However they are a renowned race because they developed to that point through breeding! It is said that countless years ago they were a Low-Level Species similar to Worms and insects.

Samuel wants his own Lanford family to be considered a separate race, much like other families. For example the Simpson Family with their suspected phoenix bloodline.

''What are the other gains?'' Samuel nodded slightly.

''We have harvested 40,000 Spiritual Crystals and five artifacts.''

EG1 gave a brief review and pulled out a small scroll depicting exactly what was in the treasury.
