He turned and nodded to his sister.

''Alright, thank you for your cooperation so far. Finally it comes to assets. Although this isn't a necessity to share, if you are willing we can immediately grant you the next level of access to the Government site.''

Of course SS1 was willing. Immediately he gestured to two Dogs of War who brought some basic information about the Organisation.

However this was easily accessible information, Samuel wouldn't be stupid enough to share the secret assets he owns under various Dogs of War names.

''Income of 50 million credits a year??'' The Femme Fatales mouth slightly opened revealling a charming look on her face.

50 million isn't a small amount, especially for her.

She was only the inspector for Rank F organisations, most get promoted and only have incomes of a few million. Because they spend all their time practising!

And most have the bare minimum of 300 Warriors or less and make up for it with high end combat power.

So how could they have the spare time to manage hundreds of businesses and industries.

She even saw things like Racing Clubs and bars on this list. In order to prevent trouble a warrior must always be stationed there.

Samuel looked at her reaction from the window and slightly chuckled. How would she react if she knew his true income?

He owns not only bars, but casinos and loan sharks! And recently his thief group in the Eternal battlefield have started to get into more unsavoury businesses.

Things like Mortal assassinations and kidnapping for ransoms are common for them. Their income far exceeds an ordinary business!

Of course they spend the credits on their own objects, like weapons and equipment. But also a lot of property.

Illegal actions draw a lot of attention, from mortal policemen to warriors.

So the houses they inhabit change repeatedly. And even if some unoccupied places can occasionally be used, a lot of changes need to be made if they are requesting ransoms.

Samuel looked down and was confident his organisation would get promoted. And as expected, he quickly received next level access on the Government site.

The first thing he looked for? Information on why the Government needed herbs.

And quickly he learnt something. It was small but it was an article published on the site by a government official.

{We are sending an alert to all Rank E Organisations and higher. Please begin preparing. We have received accurate information, that in less than a hundred years a scourge will impact all planets and species.}

{Although we don't know the effect, our Governmental connections with the High-Level Human plane have confirmed this information. They have even begun to enter an emergency state.}

''Scourge? What could it possible be?'' Samuel was confused. Something even the Government, who didn't panic when the Eleflares invaded, was considered a scourge.

Not to mention the High-Level Plane entering an emergency state. Such a thing is probably upcoming in a hundred million years!

But all this made Samuel feel a sense of incredible pressure. Although one hundred years is a long time for Mortals, for strong warriors it is like a snap of their fingers.

Samuel however has plenty of time to develop. Even if he isn't confident to get Rank 3 Warriors, he believes he can produce plenty of Rank 2 Warriors.

However he felt a sense of urgency. Immediately he began to put things into play. The first order of business? Make good use of his current items.

The first naturally being the Fragment of Life.

Samuel had told Rebecca to call the rest of her sisters to the room. Soon Samuel was faced with five stunning beauties.

He sighed that he couldn't make it six, but Abigail seemingly disappeared after Samuel captured all of her relatives.

However five were enough. Of course five were enough.

''Now that you are all here, I have something to announce. There are one hundred slots available for a rare opportunity.''

''Each of you can send 20 of your warriors to enter. However there is a chance to get more slots. '' Samuel had a calm face, ignoring the fluctuating emotions of the sisters.

''Any of your warriors can challenge the twenty warriors that your sisters selected. If they win they claim the spot! Simple right?''

''Now bring your selected warriors to the first floor hall tomorrow at midday, then the competition will begin.''

Samuel left the sisters there and returned to his hall. He had more arrangements to make.

His Organisation had collected a lot of resources over the years. Many common herbs were over ordered to prepare for a rainy day. But now Samuel needs to begin reinvesting the resources.

So from today, all resources provided to Dogs of War will be doubled.

Not to mention Samuel found the blueprints for the Practice Room that slightly boosted practice speed.

Although it is not super expensive, in order to supply all of Samuel's dogs of war, there needs to be a lot of them. So Samuel had held off on building them.

But not anymore. Samuel selected the far right corner of his compound, a relatively empty place and began a large construction project.

Before the next day, Samuel had already prepared the plan. Three hundred floors as the base, ten floors high. All Practice rooms.

Samuel even went to the extent of purchasing three Training rooms that can massively increase the practice speed and placed them as a basis for the building.

But soon midday came, and it was time for the Girls competition.

Samuel arrived at the hall, and saw the members selected. Each girl brought 100 Warriors in total, twenty clearly stood in the front however.

From a quick glance, Samuel could clearly see that Amy and Rebecca were stronger. Out of their twenty selected warriors, 18 and 15 respectively where Middle Rank 1 Warriors.

The rest of the warriors were all Peak Rank 1 Warriors. Not to mention they both had at least a dozen Peak Rank 1 Warriors behind.

They had clearly put a lot of effort into developing the strength of their warriors. However Samuel felt that many of the Middle Rank 1 Warriors had unstable auras.

This is a result of relying too heavily on medicines and not having proper time to digest them between eating it.

The rest of the sisters were slightly behind, with between the starting five and ten Middle Rank 1 Warriors.

Samuel could see a worried look on all but Rebecca, Amy and Lacy. She was only a Low Rank Warrior and the support she could give to her warriors is limited.

And she often struggled to command the Warriors.
