Chapter 113

[Yes host, the clones are similar to Dogs of War, hosts can freely add their talents to the Clones. However they would be subject to the same restrictions as other abilities of the Clones.]

Samuel quickly understood what it meant. Yes the Clone can have the talent, however it means that they can't go to other planets to use them, and can only do it on their planet and the Eternal battlefield.

''But if it's like that it is better for me to give it to one of my Dogs of War.''

As for the issue of the 5,000 Spiritual Crystals left over? Samuel had thought of a solution.

In his hand he held a small vial of the Water of Life. clearly this was left over from the tributes.

But Samuel knew the powerful effect from the other Eltorns. One drop of Water of Life can bring someone from the Brink of Death back, it can add 200 years of life, or boost you up a small level in Rank 1 with no side effects!

Of the 5,000 Spiritual crystals collected, Samuel did the same thing as on the Caterpillar Isles. He spent 1,000 Crystals to summon 1 Inch Spiritual Root Dogs of War.

They would occupy the territory in the same way as the Caterpillar Isles. Slowly but surely forcibly partnering the women and the men to the Dogs of War.

At the same time, it was to return order to the Plane. All the warriors have died, and it was time for troublemakers. So 1,000 new warriors are more than enough to return order to the peace loving Eltorns.

For Samuel himself, there wasn't much else that could be done on the Plane. At least until he occupies it. Once his control exceeds 80% he can create his own Planetary clone there.

But until then Samuel returned to blue star and got in contact with the Envoy from the SeaLife Organisation again.

Sitting in a familiar room, Samuel started at the Envoy opposite. However this time he felt there was something wrong.

He couldn't see through this man. Strange. As an Envoy from the SeaLife organisation, at best he should be a Middle Rank 2 Warrior.

But now? Samuel can't even see his depths.

''You aren't an envoy from the SeaLife Organisation. So who are you?'' Samuel said directly, his face still holding an indifference.

''Haha good vision boy, I'm surprised that you broke through so quickly! But you shouldn't worry who I am. Today I'm here to do business with you. So what is it you have to show me?''

The man showed a gentle smile to Samuel, but didn't reveal his identity.

Samuel wasn't happy, but there wasn't much he could do in front of such a powerhouse. All he cared about was the business deal.

''I have some Water of Life, I was originally wondering if the SeaLife Organisation could swallow it. But now I guess it's whether you can buy it?''

Samuel said as he pulled out the small vial. He could see that although the man wasn't super interested, his eyes still slightly glowed.

This has a good regenerative effect for him as well!

But the man also thought of something else, his eyes glanced behind the cover in the room and his eyes glowed visibly brighter.

However he didn't let it show on his face.

''Interesting, normally the Water of Life is very difficult to find. The Elves don't like sharing it out very much.'' The man said, and what he said was the truth.

As a top race, the Elves occupy dozens of High Level Planets and planes, hundreds of Medium Planes and their subordinate races occupy thousands of Low Level Planes!

A mere bluestar is nothing in comparison, although the Human Race as a whole is comparable.

But the Water Of Life is hard to come by. Only certain Subordinate races are willing to spend the hefty amount to receive a single drop each year.

Of course most full blooded or even half blooded Elf Races have a good supply, but anyone who tries to take it from them are definitely courting death.

As a top race the pride embedded in their bones won't allow even their weakest members to be bullied. Unless of course it's done by an enemy race or other top race. So most of the supply of the Water of Life comes from the Dragons.

Or the Kirins, or some other enemy race to the Elves.

But very little of the Water of Life Trickles down to the weaker organisations. Most of it is occupied for the Government's loyal warriors or their younger generation.

After all, a drop of the Water of Life can boost a Rank 1 Warrior a level, benefiting them greatly.

''I'll give you 2,000 Spiritual Crystals for it. After all I don't have much of a need for that with my strength, you should know that.'' The man kept a calm look and spoke to Samuel

''8,000.'' Samuel said without changing face.

''8,000? Too much. 4,000.''

''8,000''

''4,500? It's the best I can do.''

''7,500''

''I'll give you 5,000 for it. Don't take this too far boy.'' He put on a condescending tone.

Samuel also realised he had to give way a bit here.

''6,000, final offer. The value of a second life is worth that right? Or maybe you have a child who needs this. Or maybe a lovely wife whose need for a longer life is valuable?''

''Fine 6,000. They are in this Backpack. Check it and leave. I don't think I could stop myself from killing you if you stay in front of me.'' he said in a resigned voice as he chucked a bag to Samuel.

Samuel confirmed that the crystals were all there, and left to find a Dog of War suitable for the Almighty Emperor Talent.

However as soon as he left, a familiar figure appeared from her original hiding space.

Abigail with a cute face and a voluptuous body stepped out. Her cheeks were slightly reddened with anger.

''How can that arrogant boy be at the same Rank as me? And he found such a valuable object like the Water of Life?''

''Hahaha Abigail calm down. I heard your little brothers are still mortals, right? Why don't you give him this Water of Life, at least then he will have at least another 200 years of life.?''

The man laughed then replied happily.

''Wait, you bought this to give it to me? You know my financial situation, I can't afford this right now.''

Abigail was stunned then said in a concerned tone. She didn't want to be left owing someone something, especially since she can't afford it. And she still slightly disliked Marcus for what he caused.

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
