Inside my dorm.

"Damn why did she have to see that... I can't worry about her now, as far as I know her, she's not the type that would rattle out my secret" I was stressed out by the fact that Natalia had seen my powers.

"For now I have to focus on which courses I would embark on".

It was late and I couldn't go out to practice so I decided to use my free time to choose my courses.

Inside the principal's office

"Mr grey and Mr swiss, I assure you that we've been on this case and we're almost at the edge of cracking it, I give you my word, that everything is under control" principal Zain said

"Bullshit, I don't need your words all I need are the heads of the assassins" a man dressed in grey suit and a black tie said

"We have received information that the assassins are dead, so you can be rest assured that your son is safe" Zain tried to explain.

"Damn this, I don't think this school is safe for him, moreover he is the only heir" Mr grey said.

"Alright Mr grey, you don't have to be so scared for nothing, haven't you teach your son how to defend himself" the other man who had been awfully quiet opened up

*TSK*

Mr grey clicked his tongue

"And what are you going on about Mr swiss, are you suggesting that I leave my son here to be vulnerable of any attack" Mr grey said

"All I'm saying is that you should leave the school to do it's work and not bother about it" Mr swiss said

"And what did they do when the assassins attacked"

"Alright let's make a deal Mr grey, we should speed up the monster hunt expedition, sending them direct to the jungle to get a contract by themselves, to see how strong they are" Mr swiss suggested.

"Y-yes that's right, why don't we do it that way Mr grey, in that way you'll be able to trust us" principal Zain added

"Fine, I agree with your idea but if I find out that the students are weak and unable to defend themselves, I'll withdraw my son" Mr grey said walking out of the room.

[Natalia's pov]

Laying on my bed

"That boy, chase... Such powers, I have to keep an eye on him, I'll find out why he decided to hide his powers and live like a coward when with those powers he could rival most of the teachers" I said squeezing my pillow.

"Arghhh" I screamed out of frustration

"I can't seem to understand him, one thing is for sure... I need him to get stronger"

[Chase pov]

"Damn I'm so bored, I wish I had some company" I thought

[Yes] [No]

The system had given me an option to summon my divine pets

"Yes" I screamed

[Summon black steel eagle]

[Summon shape shifting shadow fox]

[Summon venomous spiked viper]

[Summon all divine pets]

The system had given me another option to choose from.

"Well if I want to study them, I might as well summon them all"

[Summoning in progress]

After the last message from the system, I was surprised saw three familiar animals in front of me, but that wasn't all, after I had summon all my divine pets, I felt strange, very strange.

It was like I was sharing my emotions with them and they were doing the same

"I feel... Hungry" I said

"Are they hungry too" I thought staring at the animals, the fox had a playful look on it's face and it was playing with one of my clothes, the eagle had a serious look as it stood boldly ontop of my mini fridge, while the viper had a curious look as it moved around the room.

I can't starve them, I wonder if the system has any information on this.

Suddenly the screen popped up

"There's a reward for feeding them, great... But I don't know what to feed them"

[Shape shifting shadow fox- shadow monster core]

[Black steel eagle- armoured monster core]

[Venomous spiked viper- poisonous monster core]

"Is this some kind of scam, I can't kill those kind of monsters" I was so angry at the cost to feed one of these divine pets.

A monster core were the remains of a divine pet when it dies it could mainly be found in place of it's heart, it was sold in the black market for a valuable price and it was used to make most of the valuable technologies in our era

"Ao, Ao, Ao,"

I was attacked by the fox but not in a bad way

"S-sooo soft" I was being caressed by the Fox's fur.

"I can't say no to that... Let's see what I can do" I said logging into my computer

After some minutes I finally saw a website that sold monster cores

"W-what all that for a few monster cores"

I was so shocked by the price tag of one monster core

"100 credits!" I yelled.

Credits were the new type of currency and it was accepted worldwide.

"Sorry foxy, I can't afford this" i said looking back at the fox.

It just stood there staring back at me

"Don't look at me like that I really can't afford it" I tried to reason with it, but it was still staring at me with the most cutest eyes.

"Fine, you sly fox... I have a little credits I'll order some monster core for you all"

I said turning back to my computer.

I did have some credits as the school gives us a monthly allowance of 200 credits and when you get admitted you get a sum of 1000 credits for free.

I hadn't used them since everything in the school for the first month was free.

"And there we go"

"I've placed an order, we just have to wait for some minutes and it'll be here" I said.

*BEEP*

I received a notification from my watch

"That was fast" I thought.

I forgot to mention that watch on my wrist was also used for receiving delivery.
