"All are fancy words for cultivating your physical prowess," he said chuckling a bit when he saw that they looked confused. The man seemed in a good mood after hitting all those students.
"Flexibility is a function of being bendable, not rigid. Your body must become flexible for you to have a variety of tricks up your sleeves."
"Depending on how flexible you are, you might not be able to execute certain maneuvers or attacks. If your legs are too rigid, you can't kick at a certain height. You can't twist your body to free yourself from a leg lock if you're not flexible."
