"What… Do you mean by that?" Manjiro asked as he was still pinned against the wall.

"What happens when a human gazes into the sun?" Asked Sozo "Their eyes blink or squint."

"Why does that crap matter?" Asked Manjiro

"It shows the difference between us, sure our goals are both absurd but the difference is.." Sozo went on "You're just a human and I'm a demon making me more capable of achieving my goal."

"I'm the one who can see the light and I will be a guiding light for other demons giving them a purpose I will act as a true God, unlike the other Demon."

As Sozo says this he knees Manjiro in the ribs, dealing more damage to his already injured ribs. Manjiro no longer pinned to the wall falls onto the ground.

Sozo then steps back and turns around, with his back faced towards Manjiro he says "Perfect hypnosis, meet my children." As Sozo says these words 10 D rank demons appear.

"These are my children, normally with D ranks they just scavenge around. However, with my hypnosis, I am giving them a purpose as my children, I am their God," Sozo said.

The 10 D Rank rush towards Manjiro.

"Damn I can't get up the pain in my ribs is too much," Manjiro spoke as he tried to get up.

"Fire Element, Firestorm Creation"

Suddenly a giant storm of fire appeared turning all the D rank demons into ash.

"Can you get up Manjiro?" Asked Shita as he jumped in front of Manjiro.

"Yeah," Said Manjiro as he struggled but got back up.

As Sozo turned around Shita noticed something, Sozo's calm demeanor turned into more of an aggressive one.

"That's 12" Sozo spoke "That's how many of my children you killed,"

"Manjiro," Shita said calmly "Don't make the same mistake twice we fight together, alright,"

"Alright," Manjiro spoke as he grinned and wiped the blood from his lips.

As the duo looked in Sozo's direction they noticed that he was gone, before Manjiro can react he sees Sozo in front of him throwing a punch. Manjiro closes his eyes getting ready for the punch to land on his face.

But as he opens his eyes he sees Shita intercepting Sozo's punch with an X shape arm formation.

"I can block you now," Said Shita as he counter with a kick causing Sozo to slide backward.

Both Shita and Manjiro rush towards Sozo as they both take turns in attempting to hit him. As Shita goes down in the attempt to hit punch Sozo in the body he's countered with an uppercut sending Shita flying into the air.

Still, in mid-air, Shita yells "Fire Element, Flaming Surface," The area around Sozo and Manjiro gets surrounded by flames of fire.

"Manjiro use the technique you learned from Kami Sensei, it'll work with the compact space I created,"

As Manjiro rushed towards Sozo he had a grin on his face which irritated Sozo.

"What's that grin for!" As Sozo went in for a punch, as he extended his arm Manjiro disappeared from his vision.

As he looked behind him there stood Manjiro as he punched Sozo sending him back and making him fall on his butt.

"What was that?" Said Sozo confused "He never showed that type of speed before," Sozo thought to himself.

"It's called Flash step," Manjiro went on "Kami sensei taught it to me, he used this technique to counter Lord. Kenja's speed,"

As Sozo got up he dashed towards Manjiro and attempting to kick his jaw. But Manjiro easily ducks the kick and lands an uppercut shattering Sozo's chin.

Sozo still able to stand again tries to rush at Manjiro, but none of his attacks work as Manjiro simply dodges them.

As Sozo tries to use his claws to swipe Manjiro, Manjiro again easily dodges and appears behind him.

"You said that you're a guiding light for demons?" Manjiro uttered trying to remember what Sozo said. "Your wrong, your not a guiding light, you're not giving demons a purpose."

"What are you trying to say!" Sozo asked angered by his lack of strength.

"You think putting demons into hypnosis is giving them a purpose?" Asked Manjiro "No, they're nothing but objects, by you acting as a fake guiding light you in the processes are giving them a false purpose" Manjiro spoke.

"Difference between me and you is not that I am a human and you're a demon, It's that I will act as a true guiding light for my comrades," Manjiro went on "Sure I cannot gaze into the sun like you but…. Even if it takes me 1000 years for my eyes to gaze into the sun or even if I have to make a new sun so I can gaze into it I will!"

"To hell with your eyes," Manjiro spoke as he walked towards Sozo "In my eyes your nothing but a-"

As he disappeared again he stood in front of Sozo punching him in the gut causing him to bleed and go through both the flame and castle walls sending him outside.

As Manjiro stood there with the flames disappearing he finished his sentence.

"False God."
