Status And Class

Annalise didn't have any full proof plan on how she was going to spend the day but what she hadn't expected when she'd woken up that morning was to be dining at the government's house with the Carusos for lunch.

It was certainly a way to turn her day over.

She was sandwiched on the table between Mrs. Moreno and a stiff-faced Isabella who had barely said a word since they'd settled down for their meal and apparently, wedding talks. 

Lucas Caruso's mother and the vice president's wife was a stunning woman. She had walked into the room to welcome them and Annalise had seen in her a woman who was used to being the center of attention, she held herself with such class and poise unlike Annalise had ever seen.

She was dressed in a beautiful, patterned suit and pants, a lovely white inner dress tucked into her pants. Her dark colored hair had been styled into a pretty bob that suited her face, her red lipstick popped making a bold statement.
