The flickering neon signs of neo-kyoto cast a lurid glow on the rain slicked streets. The air hummed with the quiet thrum of flying vehicles their headlights cutting through the downpour like silverblades.Inside the Rodriguez family apartment,a stark contrast from the futuristic cityscape outside,the atmospheric was thick with resentment and the smell of cheap ramen. Dio the last-born son, stood motionless, his back ramrod straight, while his older brother James, a burgeoning teenager on the cusp of awakening his own abilities, hurled insults at him. Dio's white hair, an anomaly in his family's dark haired lineage, was a constant source of their scorn."it was a curse" they cried out to anyone that would listen, a blemish on their otherwise perfect family image. They treated him like a servant, an expendable tool.

Dio however, remained impassive. His red eyes , usually devoid of emotion, held something cold and calculating. At twelve years old, he awakened his own ability - an anomaly even within this world of evolved humans and extraordinary powers since it is a common rule that everyone who awaken must do so at the age of 15. His awakened ability Is also very strange it is called 'NUll' how does he know this? Naturally all awakeners would be aware of the name and potential of the powers they now possess, and his powers seemed to be very powerful .
