With a snap, all of them teleported from the clear area of the forest only to find themselves between a gap between the forest made because of wind erosion. The instant teleportation somehow made all of them a bit dizzy.

"So, Where is it? The thing you want to show?" Trunks who recovered quickly asked Alex.

Alex didn't intent to say, he just pointed his finger towards the front. All of them turned and found a creepy discarded shell lying on the front.

"Yeee! What is that?"

Bulma freaked out to see something queer. She quickly asked everybody if they knew about about it.

"How would I know? That's why I called you all over here. Let's go to check it." Alex said and walked towards the thing in front of him.

All of them quickly followed him and came near it. The shell had four legs and a pair of wings like structure on its back. The front face of it was triangular with its two edges more pointed towards outside. And a fracture could be seen on it as if something has tore it.

"I-Is it dead?" Bulma who was still a bit behind because of fear asked.

"How it could be dead? I told you at the beginning that it's just a shell."

Alex told Bulma. Due to Observation Haki, he was pretty much sure that the thing in front of him is definitely a shell. He has that much confidence in his power.

"It's b-big...." Trunks was walking around it, sizing up the shell which seemed small from distance.

"Alex-san is correct. It's not dead. It's like an insect moult..." Gohan touched the outer part of the discarded shell and knew that it is definitely as Alex says.

Many living beings often during evolution or growth, they discard something that is old or not needed. Butterflies when evolved from Pupa, they discard the cocoon because they don't need it. Snakes shed their skin when they grow big. Even humans shed skins which comes off in form of dandruff.

And due to the discarded shell's structure it is easy to say that the creature in it a bug or bug like creature. But of a bigger size.

"An insect?! Is there a cicada this big?!... Around here...?"

Bulma asked. She even as researcher never saw or even knew of such an insect which was so big and hideous.

"There is no cicada like this. This thing...."

"It's probably... What came out of the egg in the time machine." Trunks said as he made analysis after hearing Gohan.

"Yeah... And it grew up and moulted..." Gohan said agreeing with Trunks.

"W-What do you mean!? Wh-What came out of this thing?"

Bulma panicked after hearing Gohan. So she asked quickly Gohan about the creature.

"I.... I don't know. I've never seen anything like this...."

While Gohan and Bulma were talking, Trunks was checking the thing all over to find more clues to certain questions. Now the future has changed which already made him pretty worried. And now he has encountered a variable.

"But how did it get here? Did someone send the egg in the time machine? Or did someone came with it? What's....."

While Trunks was mumbling, trying to think of reason for this thing to appear, he suddenly felt something on his hand which was inside the discarded shell. He took it out only to see some sticky slimy liquid dripping out from his hand. He quickly understood that the thing in this shell, has only moulted recently!

"It hasn't been long... Since it came out of it's shell!"

As Trunks said, both Gohan and Bulma and Trunks himself as well started searching frantically the nearby surroundings.

"Don't bother. I have checked the surroundings already. Nothing weird is nearby us."

Alex who scanned already knew that nothing was nearby them. Even after Alex's reassurance, the tension in the air didn't dissipate.

"*Gulp* Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Level with me... Are you getting a bad feeling about this!?" Bulma asked as she was shivering.

"Yeah."

Trunks replied and Gohan nodded at Bulma's words. Trunks was already pretty much bewildered. The future was not going in his way. All his knowledge is now worthless. And now this unexpected variable. All of this gave him a very bad feeling. As if something unknown is interfering his plans.

"Let's go. It's better to meet up with rest for the time being."

Alex suggested the most logical solution for the time being. Even though he promised to not help in the case of androids, the case of this being is destined for him.

And even if he doesn't help, it doesn't mean he doesn't care. So, after feeling the tension he knew the best is to move from here and think about it later on.

Everyone agreed and decided to depart. Bulma took the plane capsule and bought the plane outside.

"So you're going to Turtle house? I'll call if anything happens!" Bulma said as she boarded the plane.

"Yeah."

"Come visit if you ever get any time, Trunks! You'll make your grandpa and grandma very happy!"

Bulma who was in plane said in very loud voice as she quickly vanished in the blue sky.

"Let's go."

All three of them started flying towards the Turtle house while the unknown danger is somewhere out there.
