17 Ch. 17

(3rd PoV)

'Fuck! This is cheating! No wonder their magic is the most versatile!' Lord Tepes thought while doing his best to avoid the portals releasing sunlight.

Meanwhile, at the back of the battlefield, Marius was panting heavily, he should have made himself a daywalker using Valerie's sacred gear but his damn pride won't allow him to accept the benefit it will give him, and now he's regretting it.

He looked at his father who was dodging all the sunlight coming for him.

'Che! Pathetic!' Marius thought before retreating to the castle, he'll use Valerie's sacred gear to remove his sunlight weakness then he'll go back to the battle.

Walking through the hallways, he felt the underground where the basement is, shook. Feeling this he immediately hasten.

Meanwhile, in the basement, Gasper was seen heaving his breath while a few scratches was seen on his girlish body.

In front of him, is a calm looking Rizevim but you can see sweat trickling on his forehead.

'Fuck! I'm almost out of energy.' Rizevim thought but then he heard the basement door opening.

Both Rizevim and Gasper turn their head just to see Marius sweating with burn marks all over his body while panting heavily.

"You're finally back! I was just holding back this kid while waiting for you because I noticed that this boy is a Dhampir." Rizevim lied through his teeth.

"Gasper?" Marius was shocked, seeing this boy here who once escaped their faction with the help of Valerie. But when he looked at what Gasper is wearing, realization dawned upon him, making him chuckle.

"You have the guts to go back here Gasper." Marius said while wiping his sweat.

Meanwhile, Gasper was panicking inside his mind, 'Damn it! I can't take the both of them, I need to escape!' But before he could think of any plans, he heard a groan on his back.

He turns to look and saw that Valerie just woke up and froze in shock when he saw him.

"G-gasper!?" Valerie was shocked.

"Valerie!" Gasper was very happy but his happiness was cut short when he felt pain in his chest.

"Don't turn your back on your opponent!" Rizevim said while he kicked him.

Gasper coughed blood out of his mouth while holding his chest in pain.

"Gasper!" Valerie tried to stand up and help her best friend but she can't feel her body.

Meanwhile, outside on the battlefield, Shang-Chi was seen kneeling on the ground while panting.

Hundreds of vampires surrounded Shang-Chi while Lord tepes were also panting, "You little shit! You didn't think that you could keep making portals forever didn't you?" He mocked the kneeling boy.

Meanwhile, the vampires gave way and another vampire walked while holding a girl on his shoulders.

"Your highness, I found another one of them." The vampire who carried Leslie said before throwing her to the ground and kneeled.

Meanwhile, Lord tepes were very delighted by this, he managed to capture 2 sorcerers.

"Ke Ke Ke! This is truly a bles-" Lord tepes was chuckling when suddenly something fall in the middle of them.

When the dust settles, they saw a man who only wears green spandex pants, while his upper body is exposed showing his thick muscles and short to long scars.

"Ha Ha Ha Ha! You both run out of your juice?" The man said while looking at the sorcerers who tiredly smiles.

"Who are you?" Lord tepes glared at the man in front of him.

"Oh me? I'm their master, Feng!" Feng said while pointing at himself.

'A M-master Sorcerer?!' Lord tepes' face was suddenly contorted into a shocked face. (Enel's shocked face.)

Meanwhile, Feng was flexing his muscles while doing the 8 mandatory poses in bodybuilding, making his muscles bulge.

The vampires deadpanned stared at this strange man flexing his body like a GigaChad.

One of the vampires lost his patience and attack the still flexing chad.

"oh? You're approaching me? Instead of running away?" Seeing a vampire rush towards him, he just puffed his chest out while speaking.

*Ting*

As if made of the strongest metal, when the vampire's stretched out claw struck the chest of the man, not even a scratch was seen on Feng's pectoralis major.

Meanwhile, Feng just raised his eyebrows like a certain 'Rock'.

Feng then raised his hand and karate chopped the vampire's head, destroying his brain while killing him in the process.

Seeing this, some vampires stepped back but when they realized that their Lord was with them they gained hope only to be crushed when they looked at where Lord tepes were supposed to be, just to see him gone.

'WE'RE DEAD!' All the vampires thought while sweat was trickling on their foreheads.

Meanwhile, 'Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Feng? That 'Feng'? What the fuck's he doing here?' Lord tepes thought while flying very fast in his bat form, returning to his castle.

When he returned, he sighed in relief but when he looked at his front, he saw his greatest nightmare in front of him who was sitting on the ground while blood was trickling on his fists.

"What a coward! You dare left your poor comrades in the hands of a demon!" Feng shouted while sadness was seen in his eyes as if he was not insulting himself.

'The fucks wrong with this guy?' Lord tepes thought while looking around searching for any of his guards to assist him.

Meanwhile, the door in the basement was blasted open and Shang-Chi and Leslie came in just to see Gasper fighting a vampire while a man was on the side watching everything.

When they heard the slamming of the door, they all instinctively turns their head just to see two more sorcerers enter.

Meanwhile, Gasper just sighed in relief, he's been fighting his enemy for 30 minutes straight and seeing another enemy just watching on the sidelines makes him more helpless, but now seeing his comrades he could finally say, he felt safe.

"Gasper!" When Shang-Chi saw Gasper's state, he became angry and attacked Marius who was also exhausted, while inside, he was cursing Rizevim for not helping him, so they could escape early.

Meanwhile, Rizevim was also shocked while cursing the vampires outside who can't even handle a bunch of kids.

Rizevim, 'tsk'ed before teleporting himself out of here, not even caring for his partner Marius. As for the sacred gear of Valerie? He'll just wait for a few hundred years to recover his strength, so this situation doesn't repeat itself.

Shang-Chi, Gasper, and Leslie were busy fighting Marius so before any of them could react, Rizevim managed to create a teleportation circle before teleporting away.
