Sleepover part 1.

After the overabundance of food found it's place in the cold room and everyone had a good laugh with Applejack, everyone was finally ready to sit down and enjoy the evening.

"It's so great that you are all here! We don't usually make such parties so I hope you'll have a good time." Said Twilight as everyone found their place around the table.

Starfall was sandwiched between two Mares and surprisingly Twilight didn't seem to mind Rarity's advances. He didn't know that the two unicorns had a conversation when he was greeting the others ponies...

//A short while ago//

"Rarity. You seem to be very close to Starfall. Is there something you want to tell me?" Asked Twilight suspiciously making Rarity blush.

"Ah! Twilight Darling! That is an embarrassing story...come with me and I will tell you..." Her face turned from embarrassed into mischievous in an instant as she took Twilight to an empty room and told her the entire story.

Twilight came out of the room with a blush, but she was also smiling. Rarity was worth adding to the herd, if not for her character and beauty then just because they seem to already be going on a good path with Starfall...

Everyone started with light snack and simple chatting with Fluttershy being the quietest of all, but Starfall and Applejack made sure to include her in their conversations.

"Right! Rarity! I have something for you!" Starfall stood up and turned to the purple haired mare.

A golden ticket flew from another room right in front of Starfall.

"Would you give us the honor of accompanying us to the Grand Galloping Gala?" He said with a smirk, causing Rarity's eyes to bulge in shock and excitement.

"Yes!!! Sweet Celestia! Starfall where did you get those?!" She exclaimed as she hugged the life out of Starfall making everyone snicker.

"Haha! So you accept. That's great. Well the tickets were a gift from the Princesses, but don't think I wouldn't have arranged them myself if that wasn't the case. All girls already received theirs so the only thing we need now is to get them some pretty dresses. haha!" He explained and Rarity's eyes shone with excitement.

It took a while and a fainting from Rarity before she finally calmed down and agreed to think about the dresses after the sleepover.

Everyone decided to play some board games so Starfall took out Monopony that he especially redesigned to include familiar places from Ponyville and Canterlot...

"Ha! Now I controll the Sweet Apple Acres! I can have all the cider to myself haha!" Joked Rainbow Dash.

"Don't forget that I have all the Train Stations Dash. You step on mine and you pay quadruple of your Ponyville real estate haha!" Pointed out Applejack.

" You didn't have to tell her that darling. Keeping information to yourself is not lying..." Added Rarity good naturedly.

"Hey Starfall! Can you sell me the Sugar Cube Corner?!" Asked Pinkie Pie hopefully.

Starfall looked at his three orange cards with Sugar Cube Corner amongst them.

"Nope...Sorry pinkie but they are my best cards right now." He said wryly.

"But pleeeeease! I only have bits!" She moaned in frustration making Starfall laugh.

"What can I say Pinkie. You're just unlucky. Maybe if you didn't put all the plots that you found under a licitation then you wouldn't have been struggling now?" He pointed out and she groaned.

"But those were all boooring!" She pouted making everyone giggle.

"Ok, my turn!" Said Starfall and then Threw the dices which led him straight onto the Canterlot Avenues...

"Ha! Yes! I'm buying it!" He exclaimed.

Twilight looked through the cards as she was the banker and said.

"Sorry Love but someone already bought them."

"What?! Who?" He looked around as no one replied, but suddenly there was a quiet yet audible, sinister but cute laugh, coming from Somepony hiding under a blanket.

her head slowly revealed herself as she placed two blue cards on the table with a number of house and hotel cards surrounding them.

Fluttershy looked at Starfall with a menacing expression and said.

"Pay up peasant...umm...please..."

After Fluttershy crushed everyone to dust in Monopony, it was time to eat something other than snacks, so Twilight brought in all the dishes she prepared with a bit of the things from Applejack's cart.

The food was delicious and Twilight received multiple praises from the girls, making the purple unicorn blush profusely.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash found themselves competing in a food eating competition as neither wanted to loose to the other one, so Twilight brought in more of the food from Applejack. But even then there was still more than half of the cart filled with the apple deliciousness when the two Mares finally agreed on a draw...

"More to the left!" Shouted Pinkie.

"No! slightly up Starfall! You almost got it!" Said Twilight.

"Umm...maybe a bit to the right...if it's not a problem..." Pointed out Fluttershy.

"Yes! That's it darling! Go for it!" Exclaimed Rarity.

Starfall who was currently blindfolded, tried to listen to the girls and pin the tail to the mule but it wasn't that easy. Thankfully they finally agreed so he pushed forward with his muzzle and pinned the tail to the board.

"Haha! You got it Sugar Cube!" Explained Applejack as Twilight removed the blindfold using magic.

Starfall looked in front of himself and confirmed that the tail was where it should be.

"Nice! So what do I win?" He said amusedly.

Twilight and Rarity giggled before both giving him a kiss on each cheek.

He couldn't help but blush from their unexpected action. Not everyday is he kissed by two pretty Mares at the same time. Even if just on the cheeks...

"A-ahh Thanks girls." He said with a smile.

"So what do we play now?" Asked Rainbow trying to change the topic and hide her jealousy...

"We can-" started Twilight but was interrupted by...

"Cupcakes!!!" Exclaimed Pinkie Before dashing to the corner of the room where her box of cupcakes lied since the beginning of the slumber party.

"I completely forgot! I made them just for all of you!" She said excitedly before giving everypony their respective cupcake.

Starfall received a white and black chocolate cupcakes with purple sprinkles while Twilight received a purple Cupcake with pink and violet sprinkles. Rarity got a white cupcakes with purple sprinkles, Applejack received an orange cupcake with yellow and red sprinkles, and....well suffice to say that everyone received a cupcake in their coloration.

Starfall found his cupcake a delicious black and white chocolate flavor while Twilight enjoyed a cherry.

Applejack's had an apple stuffing while Rarity's cupcake was actually a meringue.

Fluttershy had a pink strawberry icing over a banana flavored cupcake, while rainbow Dash's was actually a different flavor for every color of the cupcake...

"Woah! It's delicious Pinkie!" complimented Starfall.

"So what is the taste of your Cupcake?" Asked Twilight looking at the pink Party Pony.

"Ooh, that's easy! It's sorrel!" Exclaimed Pinkie leaving everyone dumbfounded.

Rarity snorted and shook her head. "Only Pinkie..."

Spike and Sweetie Bell sat on pillows in the middle of the carpet inside of Sweetie Bell's room.

They were currently playing chess and Sweetie Bell was on her third streak of loosing to the cute greenish dragon sitting in front of her.

"I can't believe it! Spike! How can you be so good at it!" She exclaimed as the little dragon achieved his fourth checkmate in a row.

"haha! That's just how it is when you live your entire life with two scholars. You get to learn a thing or two." He said while scratching his nose shyly.

Sweetie Bell giggled and asked.

"Yeah. I always wanted to ask you. How is it living with them? I mean...Starfall is a Prince, right? and Both of them are personal Students of Princess Celestia herself. I'm sure that it must be amazing! do you have a mansion or something?!" She said with enthusiasm.

Spike laughed and shook his head.

"No mansion there, if you don't count our personal tower in the castle as one that is...As for whether it's so amazing...well I think that depends on how you look at it. Starfall and Twilight are both very busy Ponies. They learn a lot and do a lot of magical research and I'm usually trying to help them all I can. They are very important to me, you know." He said looking into space as Sweetie Bell decided to sit beside him as he spoke.

"I don't remember much from when I was hatched, but I know that the two of them always took good care of me and I'm proud to consider them my parents. Starfall always made sure that I didn't overwork myself while Twilight despite her flaws is a great teacher and mother to me..." He said with a small smile.

He felt a pair of hooves wrapping around him from the side. He looked at the little filly beside himself and they smiled at each other.

"Can you tell me more about them?..." She asked cutely and he nodded.

"Well... Starfall and Twilight are childhood friends. As far as I know both of them stayed under the same Foalsitter and afterwards went to the same school. Grandma...Miss Velvet says that the two of them were best friends long before they even started speaking, haha! When we came into their life, the duo decided to help each other in rising us by regularly staying at the house of the other..." He said trying to recollect all he heard or remembered.

"Us?" Asked Sweeties Bell.

"Ah, yes. Me and Phoebe. She's like a sister to me, you know. We were born only a few dozen minutes from each other and basically grew up together. At some point Starfall and Twilight decided that it would be easier to move closer to the Castle so princess Celestia arranged houses for the two of them, but they decided that it would be easier if they were roommates as they already spend most of the time together anyway... I always knew that they would end up together and I'm very happy that they were finally able to speak their thoughts..." He said while remembering how happy they were lately.

His thoughts wandered to a certain night and he couldn't help but blush as he tried to think about something else.

Sweetie Bell saw his blush as he tried to look away and mistaken it for something else as she also blushed.

"That was... so cute Spike! I hope that I could also find someone like this..." She said dreamily as she snuggled to the little dragon.

Spike looked at the little filly and saw how cute she looked right now. His claws involuntarily moved to her head as he caressed her cheek.

"I'm sure you will Sweetie. You are so pretty. I'm sure there would be a lot of Stallions chasing around you in the future..." He said looking into her beautiful eyes as she blushed while smiling hopefully.

"What if I already found someone I really like..." She said closing the distance between the two of them...

//Five minutes later//

*Knock knock*

"Hey kids! It's already time for bed! Don't stay up too long!" Said Mrs Cake through the doors as she was about to get inside.

The filly and dragon panicked as their faces separated from each other. They quickly jumped to the chess board and as one started to pretend that they were just packing it but the heavy blushes on their faces were still visible.

Mrs Cake came into the room to see the duo packing the chessboard.

"Oh good. When your done packing the chess, go and clean yourself. I believe you can already take care of it yourself, right?" She said oblivious to the two kids embarrassed expressions as they started to quickly nod their head in confirmation.

"Ok Mrs Cake!"

"Yes Mrs!"

The older Mare nodded her head with a smile and went out of the room as the filly and dragon sighed in relief.

They looked at each other and started to laugh.

"That was close." Said Sweetie Bell in relief.

"Yeah! I thought that my heart was about to burst, haha!" Spike replied as their gazes once again crossed and made them blush.

"So...what are we now?" She asked a little worriedly.

Spike was not very experienced in all this romance stuff, but he knew that denying anything or putting it as trivial right now would be the worst possible idea.

He approached Sweetie Bell and smiled.

"First and foremost...we are still best friends..." He assured her, which actually make her a little disappointed, but he continued.

"...But I hope we can be more than just friends in the future..." He said blushing and Sweetie Bell's expression brightened.

"Do you mean..." She asked but Spike didn't let her finish as their lips met once again...

//"Mwahahaha who can stop me!?" said author...//
