Lawrence cleaned himself on a water well on his way to the glade. All the elves were already running around the glade when he arrived so he joined them

"Hello my fellow elves, please gather some vines for me and some roots. The rest please practice on the balancing ropes" he said with a smile

"What that again" "can't we just run" "But I got hurt the last time"

The elves said in protest

"my fellow elves, we are warriors now if you cannot even do this, please go back to your homes, the goddess is watching us after all," Lawrence said in a pleading tone

"Thank you, I'll be at the hill planting some trees go and join the other elves," Lawrence said with a smile

Lawrence then went up the 8 feet in height, 60 feet in length, 30 feet in width hill.

I think my core is big enough to start channelling my nature energy around my whole body. I'll also look cool in front of my elves *cough* I mean I think I can do it now

he went back to rest and recover his stamina the elves had gathered the vines he needed, and he then twisted them together to make a tick rope

Then he asked all the elves to fill the 8 feet pit with 3-foot-deep leaves. While the elves are filling the pit with leaves, he then ties the rope to the trees above the hill

Sometime later after he and the elves are done he calls all the elves

"Now my dear elves, our daily training regiment is complete. We will run around the glade daily for 2 times, do push-ups and situps 20x each, then crawl up that hill use the rope if you think you're about to fall or simply lay flat, then do the balancing rope twice, then jump into that pit at least 5 times" he said with a smile

"huh!" "jump into that?" "we will die!" "noo!" "please we will do balancing!" "don't kill us" the elves shouted while some cries

You little sh*ts your bodies are as soft as a freaking marshmallow and you wanna say you're a warrior. Jump onto that pit or beat each other up that's your only choice

"Please keep quiet, I'll show you something," Lawrence said with a smile

Lawrence then summoned a tree below him and sat on top of it while it rose from the ground

"see this? How can goddess Esmeralda bless you with this if you can't even jump into the pit?" Lawrence then jumps off the top of the 6 feet tree while covered with nature energy, he's glowing green

"Now please jump into that pit then walk towards the shallow pat to exit the pit. Make sure that the leaves are at least 3 feet deep, also when crawling up that hill, make sure the rope is near you in case you slip or fall, falling from that height might kill you if you landed incorrectly" Lawrence said with a worried expression

"I see, I hear some elves say it's painful it must've been true"

"I am blessed by the goddess so it's not painful, they were just tired. Do you wanna try it with me? " Lawrence said with an innocent smile
