If Harmful Gases nature is to harm then it's polar opposite is clean gasses yes?

So if one can get a Sample of a harmful-gas at a specific safe measurement and an equal "Different," Sample of harmful-gases and then get them to go into a magnetic push pull machine to stimulate them to create fresh renewalable energy.

Plus we get the stars back in the sky and The Earth's atmosphere heals.
