CHAPTER 6: DRUNK KELVI.

"it's been so long and Kelvi isn't back yet.where the hell did he go?." "He will soon be back "lilo assured."i have been waiting for him for the past one and half hour " I snapped impatiently."wait a little longer,he will be back soon.".

After a while,I spoke "i give up,I'm going to look for him"i said turning toward the door."wait!..."lilo exclaimed sharply "what's wrong?" I raised my brow"i think you should check the bar." my eyes widened"Bar!,does Kelvi drink?" I asked curiously. "Hmm...once in a while"."hahahaha...no wonder he is always grumpy.so that brat drinks, I kinda expected it."i said jokingly."don't jump into conclusion"she said in a calm tone.

But I could sense the anger in her voice.i appologize quickly "i'm sorry if I said anything out of tongue" "you don't need to appologize."she said holding my hand "i understand."i said "I'll check the bar for Kelvi. uhm...can I take Dino with me"i asked "yes and be careful" "okay"i said rushing out of the house.

getting to the bar, i was in awe,it was loud,busy and crowded.'it's not even Friday yet and this place is this crowded,I wonder how it will look like on a Friday'i thought. i searched for Kelvi everywhere,finally, i spotted him at then end of the bar sitting alone.i walked up to where he was.

I sat down in front of him "i don't need anything for now, you can go"he said without raising his head up.then, he waved his hand "i didn't come here to take your other" I said "then why are you here? [still not looking up] what do you want? " he asked.his voice was cold.

'This guy is testing my patience, he's drunk and grumpy at the same time.he sure got a lot of temper' i thought.i bent over the table and used my hand to raise his chin "hmm... Jennifer? how come?I must be illusinating.[POKING HER NOSE] ohh! is it really you?."he asked in a loud way"yeah."i answered somewhat angry.then,I sat down."what are you doing here?, How did you find me?, don't tell me she gave you my secret hide out? ,Did she ?"he asked,his eyes filled with question waiting to be answered.

I didn't know which to answer first."firstly,yes, Lilo told me I was going to find you here. secondly, I originally came here to ask you something, but i can see you not in your right senses ." "No,No! I'm absolutely fine, I'm just tipsy" "haha...you call this tipsy, you're drunk." "what – do you want– to know?"he asked.his last sentence was loud but not clear.

"uhh...i don't understand anything we will talk when you sober.come on let go home [GOING TO HIS SIDE AND AND HELPING HIM GET UP] you're quite heavy.he freed his hand from my grip."i'm not going anywhere till you tell me what you wanted to say."he said sitting unsteadily. "sit!"he jestured for me to sit.i had no choice but to obey.

"speak!"he commanded.'he's so rude, I feel like smacking his brain out of his head'i cursed inwardly."i said speak! *Bang* "he shouted.cold sweat ran through my back. "uhm...I wanted to ask why you fought with Maxwell this afternoon?"he stared at me with cold eyes "what I meant to say is that you guys are not like enemies duo right ?"i asked nervously.

After a long awkward silence,he finally spoke"Enemy duo?,you could call us that.we fought because I thought it would be best if he keeps his mouth shut." he said sharply."what does he need to keep his mouth shut about." I pestered further.he readjusted his sitting posture."he called you 'hot',and that not all, he also said you're 'cute'"he said "hahahahahahahaha... "i laughed out loud. "you beat him to a pulp because of that?"i said after I stopped laughing.

He nodded.my face turned ugly,I couldn't see my face but I knew I gave my best frown." do you know how Naina took it ?..." I snapped, then continue "...No, you don't .okay , I'm gonna tell you,She took it way personal and I had to face her wrath.she is an angry bear."
