Chapter two: Born as a Devil Arhat

After the light faded Jack found himself surrounded by darkness. He could not move an inch. But seconds later he could hear aloud communion. The sound of a loud scream reached his ears. It sounded like a woman in pain. Finally after an unknown period of time he saw the light. When his eyes adjusted to the sudden light. He started looking around. In a white sterile room he saw a group of people.

Observing the room he found a doctor and his nurses. More importantly a beautiful woman with long black hair and gentle red eyes. The man was tall and muscular with a confident smile. His eyes were heterochromia. One was ghostly green and the other was gold. He had waist long wild hair. And was covered in line tattoos. The one looked at them the more important the looked.(AN: Think asura from asura's wrath but with long hair.)

Doctor: So Sir and Madame Qin have you already thought of names.

Madame Qin: Yes his Buddhaist name is Qin Haoyu and his vampire name will Staz Kaleidblood. What do you think dear.

She asked her husband.

Sir Qin: That is a fine name but I just want to make sure. Are you really okay leaving the underworld. After all the human sun is really harsh even for a vampire of your level.

The woman who is now his mother just nodded reassuring her husband. While he was feeling proud of himself. His mother's words were suddenly processed. If his memory is right she just said vampire name. But seeing the joyous occasion he shelved his concerns. Years went by and Haoyu was now four. There were a few things he found during these years. First he is a devil Arhat like he asked but he is also a vampire. Not only that but he is one of highest ranked a primogenitor. There for he does not fear the sun. Next he found out that his family lives in Kyoto. As a matter of fact he live a hour away from Himejima family.

One day while he was out with his mother. He actually got a chance to meet Akeno. The anime did do her justice because as a child you tell she will be a beauty. Whole time their mothers talked Akeno hid behind Shuri. Which as far as he was concerned was mega cute. Akeno kept hid for the duration of the conversation. All the while peeking at him and blushing. Not surprising when you looked at him. His hair is shoulder length while also looking unkempt. Even though it looked unkempt it actually added to his charm. Especially with its silver-white color. Plus his eyes are like his father's except one of them is golden red.

Going by the Japanese standard he was definitely exotic looking. Luckily he looked like a combination of his parents. Otherwise people would probably talk. After what felt like a long time the two mothers agreed to setup a play date. His mother was even more excited than he was. Why, because until today he still has no friends. Apparently due to his father's lineage. He is more prone to fight. Actually he really enjoyed fighting and would look for excuses. He would even give handicaps to make thing challenging. For example there was one elder kid picking on a younger one. In that situation he would normally be praised for defending some. Unfortunately it did stop at a childish fight. He ended up going too far. By the time he was done more 12 kids had to go to the hospital. The lucky ones only had a few broken bone. The others required surgery. Since that day most of the other kids avoided him.

Qin Chao: Honey is what you said true does our baby boy have a friend coming over.(AN: Do not freak out just named him Qin Chao because I suck at names. The wife name will also be from another story.)

His father asked his wife.

Avrora: How many times do I have to tell you. Yes he made a little friend and she is coming over. And before you ask her mother knows about us. So she does not mind his previous rampage.

Once his father heard that he became visibly excited. After all what parent wants their child to be alone. As he was internally celebrating their bell rang. Both of his over eager parents raced to the door. Before opening the door they adjusted their selfs. Done they opened the door. On the other side stood Akeno, Shuri and a man. The was muscular middle aged man with beard. One was all it took for Haoyu to recognize him. This man is Baraqiel a high ranking fallen angel. Right now he was a happy family. Unfortunately later on his enemies got together and attacked his family.

Shuri: Good evening, Akeno has been looking forward to this all week. She even kept asking me what day it was.

After Shuri was done talking. Akeno ,who heard what her mother said, immediately turned a deep crimson. She then started hitting her mother. Her cute embarrassed act made everyone laugh. Avrora then guided them into the house. Their parents sat down and started talking as the kids went to. Haoyu took Akeno to his room so she could relax. His assumption was that she is nervous because she wants to act properly. So in order to let her relax he removed the reason to act proper.

When they made it to his room she looked around like a scared animal. The blush on her face became deeper. Seeing her blushing he just smiled. His room was pretty big. In it there is not only his bed ,but also a TV and couch. The couch is big enough to fit three people. He guided her to the couch and turned on his TV. Turning the tv to a movie he set back. For the next two hours they sat down watching the TV. The movie was a fantasy story were a prince saved a princess.

Right as the movie ended he looked over and saw her with stars in her eyes. Akeno looked like a maiden in love.

Akeno: If there is ever a time I need you to save me would.

Haoyu: Of course saving a beauty is the duty of every man.

He said those words casually because he knew that later on she will meet Issei. At that point he will just be her caring friend. After they were done talking Akeno's parents called her. Seeing her to the door he waved her goodbye.
