Zinbous Jude's house

Will decided checking the entire house during the night. So without further more hesitations, we entered the old ancient house.

Cobwebs and dusts were decorations giving the house a wonderful look. I looked around the rooms, one after the other but all I could see was darkness

"Will, I can't imagine Jude lived in such a dark house all alone, what's wrong with him" I asked reaching for a cupboard

"He was a strange and secretive man before his disappearance, his neighbors always say they would hear glass shattering during every morning and the curtains were always closed" he answered entering a room not too far from where I stood

My eyes roamed around the room in search for anything unusual, Until I spotted a framed picture of an elderly man sitting on an elegant looking chair

Coming closer, I touched the picture and a small note fell from behind. The handwriting was small and somehow odd making me guess the person who wrote it was suffering from Parkinson disease

Stuffing it into my pocket for later examinations, I soon noticed Will hasn't come out of the room

"Will?" I called entering the room but he didn't reply and this gave me the creeps

"Will?" I gently moved forward. The room was dark but the full moon reflected through the window making me notice it was a bedroom.

There was another framed picture of a woman sitting carrying a boy child in her arms.

I looked under the wide bed only to see a book at the very end. I dragged it outside and figured out it was a diary. An old diary. Rats had quite chewed the pages but still it will be useful, so I dropped the book into my pocket

There were also bookshelves standing tall but not a single book layed upon it.

"Lee!" I heard Will calling but from which direction

"Will where are you?"

"Down here!" he replied and I turned my head towards what looks like stairs, "Careful, the stairs are bad" he warned but was too late. I missed my step and came falling like a ball towards the floor

"Are you okay lee?" I could here him say

"I'm fine Williams" getting up, I dusted the dirt off my body

"Lee are you familiar with this symbol?" he pointed to the wall

"of course, almost everyone who went missing had this symbol drawn on their wall..... it's so strange" I said narrowing my eyes before a memory struck me. That symbol was the exact symbol on the man who sat on the throne in my dream

"Is this connected?" I muttered the words with a concentrated furrowed brow

"Guess what else I found?" he brought out an ancient book with the title written so bold we could see it in the dark...

DRACULA

"Okay, that will need to checked out" I pushed the heavy book to Will, "You do the reading, I have lots of other things to do"

"Or maybe, you should do the reading, I know much more about Dracula that this book do" he just placed it on my hand and walked away

"Will! Do come here!!" I screamed at him but he just casually walked away with a smile

I didn't have much choice but to read it.

At the end, we came out of the building. So much was on my mind as we both went out

"Lee"

"Yes Will"

"Can you call me by my full name please?" what he said made me look at him like a chicken

"Hey! don't give me that look, I was saying.... what if you wanted to say will instead of Will, it will make your words twisted"

"Okay, from now on I will be calling you William" I assured him with a smile

"Thank you lee... Thank you"
