<There are currently two kinds of Skills in your possessions. Adapt&Improve or the Multidimensional Travel Skill for example has no level as it already has reached the maximum level and are not compatible with any other Skill you currently possess. The other one is for example Energy&Matter Creation. As you have never used it and still possess it, it could be considered being level 0. For the future I will change the first kind to being displayed with Lv.Max so as to avoid that kind of confusion again.>

H: [OK. Now tell me why I could advance to the second level of my training although my Observation Skill is still only at level 5? And why don't I have any abilities related to a quirk?]

<For the first question: You only needed to know the general structure of your body to advance to the second step. There is still much you can learn about your body.

As for the answer to your second question: Your quirk would normally most likely manifest around the age of 4 if it appears that is. As such it is not yet displayed.

Additionally the moment you entered this body Adapt&Improve activated and scanned your genetic information which can influence your quirk. It is currently in the process of altering and optimizing them to achieve the best possible outcome. It also blocked any enzymes capable of activating your quirk. <Function Multidimensional Travel>

<This function allows the User to travel to any world he wishes. To optimize this function the being installed a search function that assist in finding the correct world. The travel itself uses the energy of time and space present in the void between the different worlds. As you arrive close to the entrance of the new world you can influence certain factors of this world. You can choose the timeline, your starting point and your age. If your age falls below 10 years old your stats will be sealed and only 10 stats in each categorie remains. Once your age reaches 10 years once again the stats will be unsealed and added to your new status. If your age is designated as 0 you will be randomly reborn in this world. If you spend a certain amount of stat points you can set a path for your future development such as rich parents or a enhanced probability to get a certain job, race et cetera. The limitations are as follows: Firstly you cannot exist two times in the same world at he same point of time(Different timeline is possible or return 1 millisecond after the 'other you' left this world). Second you cannot drag normal people or creatures with you into the void as they die unprotected. If you want to take living existences with you then you have to buy certain items from the system or be in a form of contract that is supported by the system and marks them as your eternal allies (for example slave contract). Lastly you cannot leave any world while being younger than 10 years old.>
