Chapter 9: Corta Part 2

Upon the realization that they were caught, they hurriedly stop their speed run and hide before a corner before counting the conversation.

The Warlock guardian answering in fear that a late response would mean for train, shuddering at that thought she answered.

Guardian: "Well, um, you see I say the Guardians opening up a path and I thought that was the Signal.

Holding her head in frustration and noticing who that voice belongs to Ikora said: "Tigra we talked about this only go in if you get the green light from me but scene your already in wait at the entrance before the throne room I'm sending back up."

The warlock now known as Tigra said: "But I don't need no back up, I'm a one-man army and all that's needed". With her head up in pride.

Ikora: "Tigra I'm only going to say this once WAIT FOR BACK UP or face the consequences. Do you want more Training".

Tigra, at the thought of more training, made her shiver with fear: "Yes Mam I understand".

Ikora: "Ok now good, gotta go commanding a battle of his since can take a lot, be safe and may the Traveler watch over you"

After saying that Ikora left the Comms, Tigra nodded at the last part of the sentence she said but while doing so they got spotted by more Hive enemies.

Dante: "Are we really not going to go the throne room"

Tigra: "Of course we are, after we see the reinforcement, we immediately rush into the throne room they are not going to take my achievements"

Dante: "Of Course, Virgil"

Calling upon his ghost it appears with a small football hamlet.

Dante: Virgil read for any signs of weakness of Corta and scan the number of enemies in front of us"

Virgil: *Right away sir* in a feminine voice, Virgil began to scan the number of enemies in font and search for the weakness of Corta. 

Virgil: * Sir there's about 20 enemies of fallen and hive just down this doorway I suggest taking another root, and as I was looking through the database, I figured out the Corta shield can be brought down by a Sword bear's sword*.

Dante: "Thanks Virgil".

Virgil: *No problem, Sir*, After that the Ghost disappears

Dante: "Tigra We need a Sword bear's sword if we want to take down his shield, I think I way a Sword bear guarding the door to the throne".

After saying this he immediately got to work with the affirmation that Tigra heard him. Using ballistic slam to damage and slight stun nearby enemies with, nightcrawler appearing from the shadows and shoot them down with her bow from afar wiping them out.

After clearing a path, they retrace their step to the entrance of the stone room so see hundreds of enemies with the Sword bearer behind them as if they knew they were coming.

Laughing Tigra said: "Is this what they call an Ambush, but it seems that it's going to be a massacre".
