CHAPTER 89: The Termination
Aella stayed still as she couldn't answer the direct question Bane had asked her. She blinked profusely at the male next to her who had his eyes on her.
Bane seemed eager to hear her response as his golden orbs were fixated on her flustered face without a break.
Aella fidgeted in her seat.
"Am I that repulsive, Aella?" Bane asked again as though she hadn't heard him clearly.
Aella bit her lower lip, finding it hard to reply to his question. Why was he doing this to her?! Why was he making this so much difficult for her?!
Repulsive? What did he mean by repulsive? Hasn't he seen himself in the goddamn mirror? He looked like a bloody god from Greek mythology!
He was tall and nicely built, and his face was to die for! He was literally what every lad would want to look like. Repulsive was the last word to describe him.
Aella glanced down at her twisted fingers as she thought whether to tell him the truth or just pretend he was appalling.
