CHAPTER 59: The Dusty Library
Aella stared wide-eyed at the male in front of her. She tried desperately to see a slight resemblance between the portrait and Bane but could hardly find none.
They had the same surname so they must definitely be related, no? Was he Bane's father? Brother or even uncle?
There were so many possibilities to the relation and the nosiness in her wouldn't let her sit still until she found out who the man in the painting was.
But asking Bane wouldn't do the trick. He was already upset with her and trying to pry into his personal affairs might make him even more riled up than he already was.
She had to find out by herself.
Aella continued her walk down the aisle, wanting to see more of this mysterious lad sitting behind the paintings.
There were a few other frames of the same man lined up in the hall but in different positions and backgrounds. He seemed to have been a man of great affluence.
