Evelyn's Big Order

Before they could even increase the temperature to the limit, Ola and Rolly told everyone to put the coals beside the giant furnace and went to the only desk with Effiel.

"Litt-Ughh!!"

Ola was hit on the stomach by Rolly's elbow before he could even finish greeting Evelyn at the front desk.

"Sorry about that, I am Rolly, second owner of the Denom workshop, pleased to meet you."

Rolly was almost twice the height of Evelyn, and when he stretched out his arm to greet the young girl, he realized that his hand was covered in some kind of tar.

"Ahem, let's skip the handshake shall we, and we were told that you wanted to make a big purchase?"

"Everything metal related, the purer, the better."

Evelyn simply nodded and answered with a short sentence.

While Ola was struggling to get up while Rolly already led his first customer in months to a proper office with a clean and quiet environment that was situated right upstairs the workshop.

"Please have a sit young miss..."

Evelyn sat down and remained quiet as she stared at the robust man and the cheerful young girl who stood beside him.

"Ah right!"

Rolly sighed and revealed a goofy smile as he looked at the big breasted girl running out of the office that felt more like a small home.

Pillows,carpets, and soft cushion were everywhere in the room, and when Evelyn noticed the bed, she then understood that it was actually the room of the young girl after seeing some girly clothing peeking out of the blanket.

"Ahem...I am sorry to miss, this is temporarily our office...Anyway! Moving on to business, selling metal ores and tools is not a problem but... How much can you aff-"

Evelyn dropped the big leather pouch on the wooden desk, and hundreds of gold spilled out everywhere.

"This is the upfront, and the remaining can be paid after the delivery, 1 or even 10 million gold is not a problem."

Effiel was worried as she genuinely thought her uncle went crazy until the pile of gold caught her eyes.

She couldn't be blamed as the Rolly was indeed a tall person standing at 9 feet tall, so she was always used to look upward when she talked to him or Ola.

An old couple bowed toward the two elf siblings before returning to their sheltered workshop in the merchant district.

Just like Evelyn, Lili and Mimi struck a deal with the old couple who used to be travelers and with their connections throughout the merchant district, they established a contract that would have them deliver any metal related ores to the villa for a year straight for a low price of only 100 gold per ton.

The old couple promised that they would receive them in ores and that they could get a full refund if the goods weren't up to the standard.

"Like this, all of those oldies can make a decent amount of wealth for their families hahaha."

The old man who dressed neatly in a striped fedora hat trembled in tears as he held onto the paper that was signed by Lili.

"That's right dear... The least we can do for our children too."

The old wife rubbed his back as she sighed in relief.
