Buying a slave

Just as Rose was sobbing in the sorrow of loosing someone so dear to her, a feminine figure descended in front of her. 

"Rose!? Where is he? " Asked the beautiful women with grace akin to fairy, with hysteric voice, as if she was about to cry as well. 

"Master... " Rose as if found someone to cling to dived into her Master's embrace. 

"He's gone. He destroyed his core for me and now he's gone, " She said while crying. 

"W-What? " Her Master was shocked. 

In this world destroying ones core means dying. The core was something that a person is born with after all. 

But she tried to calm down, " What did he say before going? " 

"He told me to wait for him... " Cried Rose. 

Her Master sighed, " Then don't worry. He for sure will be back. "

"Really? " Rose looked on hopefully. 

"Really, " Her Master replied, but inwardly she as well was feeling sorrowful and worried. 

But just then she remembered, " If Alex was dead then for sure we would have been ejected from this world. "

Rose also understood, " Then that means Chang is still alive! "

Suddenly Rose's Master realized something... 

She looked at her Master in disbelief, " Master! You knew about Alex impersonating Chang to accompany me???? " 

Rose's Master looked away while whistling, Alex was the one who taught her this small trick, " My ice coffee is getting cold... Bye bye. Come back home on time. "

And then she disappeared with a poof! 

Rose was so stunned that she didn't know what to think, she decided to question her Master... How dare she not tell her? 

Rose had found out that her Master wasn't actually substituted while at the same time she was... 

This was complex... But what mattered was that she was like a real Master to her, so she ignored the death of her fake partner. 

While at the same time, on another side of the world... 

Alex was falling rapidly down to the ground from the sky. 

He had thrown away all skeletons in the space... Now they would slowly fall one by one on the ground. 

But individually they were weak and their infectious miasma was destroyed so no problems. 

He used his knowledge to maneuver himself in air while decreasing his descent speed. 

Alex then at the last moment used his his swords to create a force by which he barely managed to survive. 

His core was already broken and it was now replaced by a pseudo core. The situation was really dangerous. 

If Alex had failed then he would have lost the chance to infiltrate this world and then he would have needed to break through the world boundaries by force, which would have brought a disastrous apocalypse on this world. 

Alex looked around, as he was in some forest. 

He could see some humane markings, meaning that this place was near some human settlement. 

He was now back to his 12 year old self. 

But just then a group of men surrounded him. 

They looked at the huge crater from which Alex had crawled out with numerous bloody injuries. 

"Who are you!? " One of the men asked, he didn't dare be careless while looking at Alex's young features. 

He at most looked like a 15-16 year old.. 

But this man knew about some people who liked at act weak and eat pig. 

"I was just travelling, while I came here to rest. I forgot to not manage my powers and that's how this happened, " Said Alex with an air of senior. 

"I see, " Man said but didn't dare to invite this boy to their village. 

"Take me to your village, " Said Alex as he knew that these people were afraid of someone who caused these injuries on him. 

The men now had no choice but to bring him to village. 

It was a small village from where Alex took some food and medicines. 

He rested there for some time and left after taking map from a local. 

"Sigh, I need someone who knows around here, " Muttered Alex while reaching near the bigger village. 

As per the map, this was the biggest village nearby which was connected to nearest town. 

He entered inside, but was surprised to see so many people. 

He asked one of the men going by and as per him there was actually a cavern passing by here. 

Alex was interested, as this cavern for sure would have information about where he was exactly. 

And sure enough he found out that he was actually on another side of the world, too far away from from Avalon. 

He was actually in Kingdom of Florennum, the only human Kingdom in this side. 

It was completely surrounded by other races like dwarves, Elves, Orcs, etc. 

Alex was glad to hear this as the Capital city of this Kingdom actually had the branch of Daisy's cult 'Salvation'! 

Alex bought a map from one merchant. 

He then booked an inn and slept there for the night. 

Next day just he was about to leave, but suddenly he felt something weird. 

He looked to the side as his eyes fell upon a young female elf in tattered clothes, who was being taken away somewhere in horse carriage. 

"Is my lust acting up now that I'm in an age of puberty? " Alex muttered. 

But he couldn't drop this, as he felt that this sensation was similar to how he felt from his mother, sisters, Daisy, Eliza and Master. 

This girl for sure was just a slave, so Alex decided to buy her. 

He looked around and soon found out the slave merchant. 

"I want a slave girl. A young non-human girl with good features will be better, " Said Alex. 

"Ooho, you are at right place my Lord. We got best slaves here through the Florennum, who can make you experience heaven in the bed, " Said the man with vulgar smile. 

Alex looked around and sure enough there were quite a few girls but the girl he wanted wasn't there. 

So, he kept looking around, but he didn't find her. 

"Are they all? Don't you have anymore slave girls? " Asked Alex. 

"Are you looking for any specific girl my Lord? " Asked the merchant. 

Alex now didn't hide it, " Yeah, I saw a young elf. I was hoping to buy her. "

"Oh, you mean that girl... Come with me, " Said the slaver.

Alex followed as they soon came in the dark basement. 

There were lots of cages there and lots of howling, sobbing and whimpering. 

"These slaves are the ones rendered with incurable diseases, which are quite disgusting. While that girl you want my Lord is special, she is already broken without any will, " Said the slaver. 

He then continued while opening the cage, " She's soon going to die, she has a curse that makes anyone who touches her die by misfortune. "

The slaver then used a whip to slash on the girl's body. 

"Don't hurt her! " Alex yelled as he pulled the slaver back. 

"It's useless, she can't feel anything. She has already stopped eating. Just look at her how ugly she is now, " Said the slaver, " Just buy another one, I'll give you a bit of discount. "

Alex as well saw that the girl didn't even frown when she was whipped. 

"I'm buying her and that one too, " Said Alex pointing at another cage where another small girl was sobbing while curling up her body. 

The slaver felt amused with this choice, but he thought perhaps this young looking man was actually a physician. 

Those people bought slaves like these all the time and they were also quite wealthy. 

The slaver opened the cage of that young girl and pulled the young girl to Alex's legs. 

"She's a beastkin... a young she-wolf. Her village was pilaged and then she was sold to me by some bandits, " Said the slaver. 

"I don't care, " Said Alex as he then took the elf girl in princess carry. 

"My Lord, it's dangerous... " The slaver wanted to say, but Alex cut him off. 

"This must be more than enough, " He threw a pouch of gems and then took the hand of the wolf-girl leaving directly. 

The slaver was stunned, as the money the young boy left was enough for 100 such slaves. 

He had made a great profit! 

But he just then remembered that he had forgotten about the slave crest... But money was here... So no problem... 

Alex walked through the village, with the elf in his arms and while pulling the wolf-girl. 

He left the village coming upon the small river. 

"Wash yourself and also this girl, I'll make medicine to cure you, " Ordered Alex to the wolf-girl. 

The wolf-girl looked around 16-17 year old, but she was too malnourished and was coughing all the way. 

The girl was still confused about what was happening. 

But when Alex ordered her, she sincerely followed his orders. 

She first undressed herself and then the elf girl while taking a small bath. 

Alex turned around without looking at two naked girls and started his work. 

And in fifteen minutes he had a small pill, it was for the wolf-girl whose name he didn't know. 

"M-Master... " Alex heard the weak voice from his behind. 

He turned around only to come upon the wolf-girl who was carrying the elf. 

"Yeah, sit down there and eat this pill, " Said Alex, " And keep her here. "

The wolf-girl nodded and did as Alex said. 

She was about die from pain anyway, so even if it was poison it didn't matter. 

She sat at one side and took the pill, but she suddenly felt weird. 

She turned around and puked out everything in her gut, there was dark colored blood mixed in it. 

After that this continued for dozens of minutes until she couldn't puke anymore. 

She lied down on the soft grass, feeling completely drained. 

This was actually a totally new experience for her since months. 

As she always felt indescribable pain from everywhere on her body. 

She now after a long time felt hungry. 

Tears streamed down her face, as she cried after so long, as the pain that she had been experiencing every second was gone. 

She sat down while looking at the boy who cured her. 

He was doing something on that elf... 

She had sworn to be forever grateful to anyone who gave her the death. 

But now as this boy had given her the life, then... This life was his... She decided. 

But suddenly, the boy fell down weakly on the side. Unconscious.

"Master! "

The girl went near him only to see that he was bleeding from his mouth while uncountable injuries had appeared on his body. 

He weakly opened his eyes, as he said, " Don't worry, look at that elf... " 

The boy then really fell unconscious. 

The wolf-girl first made sure that Alex was comfortable and only then went to check upon the elf who seemed to be waking up. 

"Are you alright? " The wolf-girl asked in common language here.. 

The elf seemed to not understand anything, as she just stared at unconscious Alex. 

Seeing this, the wolf-girl said, " He saved us both, he's our Owner. "

The elf seemed to have understood now, " O-Owner? "

"Yes, he bought us and cured us, " Said the wolf-girl. 

She then tried to talk with elf but found out that the girl would only respond to things related to Alex. 

Like this time passed...

The wolf-girl felt hungry, so she caught some fish. 

She wanted to eat right away, but waited for her Master to wake up. 

Looking at her Master, she wanted to let him sleep comfortably on her lap.

But she found out that her clothes were smelly. 

So she threw them away and cradled her Master's head in her lap while waiting for him to wake up.

The elf as well seemed concerned about her Master, as she also sat near them. 

The wolf-girl felt attached to this elf, as both of them were actually saved by her Master. 

They were like sisters, united by their Master. 

"Come here, " Said the wolf-girl as she gave some space to the elf beside her. 

It wasn't until evening, when Alex woke up. 

He rubbed his eyes while feeling something soft below his head. 

Only to see, the face of wolf-girl who he had bought. 

He was actually sleeping on her lap, which she had covered with her fluffy tail to make it a more comfortable pillow. 

"Are you alright Master? " She asked. 

Alex sat up, " Yeah, " He said. 

He had only bought this girl to help him take care of this elf. 

He was actually surprised seeing that she actually had his mark... 

And he didn't remember giving it to her. 

It was now clear that he was actually missing his memories, by his own leeway. 

So, he didn't think much. But still decided to care for this girl, as she must have been important to him. 

"Hey, what's your name? " Alex asked to the elf. 

But she didn't reply. 

"Master, she's not talking... But she understands what we're saying, " Said wolf-girl. 

"I see, she will be fine in some time... She most likely has lost her memories which will return in some time, " Alex said. 

He then continued, " As you most likely won't remember your name soon, then until then I'll call you... Ivy. Easy to use. "

The elf, now ivy nodded as if she understood Alex. 

Alex then suddenly heard some growling sound. 

He turned to the wolf-girl whose face was now blushing red. 

"I'm slightly hungry... " She said. 

"I'll make something for us to eat. We can talk after that, " Said Alex he started cooking. 

He decided to make fish, as the wolf-girl had caught a lot of them. 

After some time everyone was full.

The wolf-girl and Ivy acted shy and reserved in start but after tasting Alex's cooking they became hungry wolves. One of them actually was a hungry wolf. 

"So, let's talk business. I want you to look after Ivy, " Said Alex to the wolf-girl, " You can leave once she regains her mind. "

The wolf-girl felt shocked as she heard Alex's words, she had just now decided dedicate her life to this man. 

But now he was telling her to leave once she was done. 

"M-Master... What if I wish to stay with you? " She asked. 

"Huh? Why will you?... But anyway it's your choice. I don't mind having an extra hand. I can even take you back home, " Said Alex. 

"Thank you Master! " Said the wolf-girl with gratitude. 

"By the way what should I call you? " Asked Alex. 

The wolf-girl happily opened her mouth to tell Alex her name, but she then looked at Ivy. 

She got a new name from Master... 

"Master... I don't have name, so please give me a name... " She said with the pitiful tone. 

"T-That's impossible... Tell me your name! " Said Alex.

"I just want new name, my family is already dead. Those who know my name... None of them are alive. So I want a new identity, " Said the wolf-girl with tears. 

"I see, " Said Alex with a troubled voice..., " Okay your name will be kitty. Easy to say. "

Kitty "... "

"You named her Ivy, so why am I Kitty? " She asked. 

"What? You don't like it? Wait I will think of another one... " Alex said while once again thinking. 

"N-No, it's fine... I like this name! " Said Kitty. This was the name bestowed upon her, by her Master. 

It was also cute and that means Master found her cute! 

Kitty giggled while thinking all this and only came out of her thoughts when Ivy tapped her shoulder. 

"Huh? " She asked. 

"Cough, I'm not done yet Kitty. So, as Ivy is still ill. We will need to stay at some place until she recovers, we'll settle down in this village for a while, " Said Alex. 

"Okay! " Cheered Kitty. 

"O... Kay! " Ivy also cheered while copying Kitty. 

Like this Alex settled down in the peaceful life.
