Chapter 45 - Upheaval in the Academy VIII

"The class monitor receives ten primeval stones every seven days, and the vice-class monitor gets five pieces? If I can be the first to reach Rank one middle stage, I will be able to become the class monitor."

"The primeval stones are not the important focus. What matters here is the position of class monitor and vice-class monitor – it represents glory and places one's identity over others. When normal students see the class monitor they must all bow and greet him." Gu Yue Mo Bei and Chi Cheng were after the position.

"IF I became class monitor then when big brother sees me in the future he must bow and greet me. Hold up, where's big brother?" Fang Zheng naturally was also after this position.

With each having their thoughts the students walked out of the academy.

While the students were discussing the class monitor and vice monitor positions, Fang Yuan was standing at the entrance of the academy.

He had long left before the other students and stood at the entrance of the school. He saw the first batch of students coming out, gradually walking closer towards him.

"It's Fang Yuan."

"What's he doing at the middle of the gate entrance?"

"Don't worry about him, he is probably waiting for someone."

"Hey what's that board beside him. There's something written on it."

The youths were indignant, this Fang Yuan was too much, with him putting up a challenge like this if they didn't challenge him then if those students who had yet to come challenged him and won then they would become the laughing stock of the academy going forward. What's worse if this news reached their father's ears then they would be whipped and if by chance their mothers heard about how they didn't challenge Fang Yuan even after reading his challenge board then they would be skinned alive. After all, Gu Yue village was a medium-sized clan with only one academy in the village everything that happened in the academy would reach the ears of the seniors quickly as every clansman kept an eye on it.

The teens were instantly shocked and angry.

"Fang Yuan, your head must have overheated and gotten confused. You would stand at the gates of the academy and challenge us?"

"Have you gone mad? Who gave you the guts to write up such a challenge?"

"Scram, you little C grade trash, I will beat you up and put an end to this nonsense by taking away that challenge board… Urghh!"

The teen stepped forward and swung his fist at Fang Yuan, Fang Yuan in response stepped in and kneed the boy's crotch.

The unlucky teen was still cursing at Fang Yuan when he suddenly suffered a heavy blow. His two eyes instantly popped out and he fell to his knees holding his crotch.

"One down." Fang Yuan said while eyeing the teen who was holding his crotch and rolling on the ground, tears were streaming down the poor boy's face.

'Why is this guy crying now? I held back my strength when I kneed him.' Fang Yuan was thinking when suddenly another teen rushed out throwing a punch at him.

Fang Yuan backstepped and stuck his leg out, the poor boy tripped on his feet and fell flat on his face, breaking his nose and front teeth in the process. Instantly his face became bloody.

"Two down?" Fang Yuan was not certain of the second one.

"Damn Gu Yue Bei Ju got kicked in his manhood. He is crying and rolling on the ground now."

"We can see that you moron."

"He is only one person while we have four people on our side. Let's go get him."

"But shouldn't we be challenging him one by one?"

"You want to take him on one on one? Didn't you see his moves just now? Did your head get kicked by a mule?"

"Let's get him!!"

And so the noisy teenage students charged at him.

While three of them charged from the front, a sneaky one went around him and charged at him from behind.

Fang Yuan kicked the one coming from the front in the stomach and pushed him back. As for the two coming from the sides, he chopped the neck of the one on the right and stepped in and elbowed the left one in the stomach.

While he was doing this the guy from behind threw a punch to his head, Fang Yuan instantly lowered his body such that, his punch passed his head by a few centimeters and just hit the air. Taking this chance Fang Yuan caught the guy's outstretched arm, pulled it, stepped forward, and threw him over his shoulder, on the guy whose stomach he had kicked.

"What's going on here?" Gu Yue Mo Bei arrived and exclaimed. He saw that Fang Yuan stood at the entrance of the academy gates, and there were five to six students on the floor around him.

Fang Yuan simply pointed at the challenge board.

"Avenge us. Gu Yue Mo Bei." The boy who was holding his crotch and rolling on the ground, said to Gu Yue Mo Bei while crying.

Fang Yuan seeing that this guy still had the strength to say cheesy things, kicked the guy's balls from behind.

OWWooooo!!!

The guy stretched one of his hands to cover his poor balls from behind, as such the boy now had one of his hands covering his crotch from the front and the other from behind.

Gu Yue Mo Bei seeing his fellow student in such a pathetic condition was filled with anger.
