Never a Dull Moment, Right?

"Damn, that's mental," Adams commented.

Adams came to the hospital only in T-shirt and long black pants. He didn't wear any shoes either, only sandals. Different from Dean who was still in his uniform with blood all over his shirt from the previous amount of bleeding.

"What can I say? I never expect that to happen," Dean said.

"Nobody expects that to happen, but still, being chopped must be pretty mental. Anyway, any idea who might do this?" Adams asked.

"No idea, only the police can tell. Can Task Force Kilo do anything about this?" Dean asked.

"We can investigate, but not to the point where we can pinpoint who has done what."

"Well, what happens has happened. So, what we can do now is only damage control. I think I'll take a leave tomorrow, the paperwork that I have to work with will keep me in the D.A office for the whole day."

"What will happen to Aveline, if I may ask? You don't exactly give me too many details about it, Dean," Adams added.
