A person dies and is reborn in DC as a slime but without memories. Will be mostly off world and not on earth except for like big events or maybe vacations and stuff. New writer and not at all experienced. In fact I’m a high school dropout so my punctuation and grammar is probably terrible. Took a lot of inspiration from other fanfics that are based on slimes in different worlds. When reading those I noticed I hadn’t seen a DC one yet so decided to write this. I do not want opinions or criticism on this story. It’s entirely written for myself and I simply am posting it because I thought maybe someone else would enjoy it. So please if you don’t like it or want to critique me then go away. Questions however are happily welcomed. I’d love to explain my thought process and different things that happen in my story. I own nothing except my OC. Even then it’s not like I have a legal certificate so I technically own nothing. Just writing for fun. Hope y’all enjoy. If not then please leave without causing trouble.

Prince Marlon: The God's Herald

The Sovereign Kingdom of Nyverren is slowly plunged into economic disarray, instigated by a familial vendetta. It starts off with the murder of the King and Queen, leaving the heir, Marlon to ascend the throne as Sovereign Ruler. A few days to his Coronation, Marlon is ambushed and killed by unknown men, who leave him dead on a deserted road and his betrothed marries his Uncle, who immediately ascends the throne as King. Upon his awakening, he finds himself in an entirely different realm and whilst he believes he is just on a journey to the afterlife where he can finally reunite with his dead parents, he comes to a dead end, encountering the Trickster god. This being, sprawling with an unfathomable aura, beams with so much power and light unlike anything Marlon has ever experienced. They engage in a conversation which would lead Marlon into discovering hidden truths behind his parents demise, his supposed death, and the current happenings within the Kingdom. Of course, he wants to take his rightful place as Sovereign King and he believes this god can help him. But nothing comes free in this world. For his reawakening to happen and for him to take his rightful place as Sovereign King, he strikes a deal with this god that has him embarking on a journey to retrieve The Orphic Origem. He reawakens as a Herald and is plunged into a web of mysterious events, hidden truths about his ancestors and the necklace passed down to him, demons, hunters, and enemies he never made. Realising that he has embarked on a journey massively beyond him by the Trickster god, Marlon is tricked into believing he can still retain an essence of himself.

Apparently, you were being a spoiled, rebellious brat and were trying to prove a point. You stole a car, invited poor Caroline out, got drunk together and ran into the pole that turned the sole heir of a multi-billion company into mashed potatoes.” Emma’s mouth opened wide. She closed it and swallowed hard. She sighed as tears streamed down her face. In the wake of that tragedy, Emma Taylor's life takes a dark turn when her uncle's betrayal lands her in the clutches of billionaire Daniel Stone. With her father's company hanging by a thread, Emma becomes a pawn in Daniel's game of power and deception. Was this going to be the end of her?

I looked into her eyes again and she dropped me and I fell to the ground and held my neck as I coughed. I looked up at her very slowly and she stood still, she stood like a statue and when I looked at why I saw Acura, glowing and levitating as she let energy effuse out of her hands and directly at this evil woman. My head dropped and when I raised it to look at Acura again Mrs McRae turned into a statue and fell to the ground and broke into pieces then I went unconscious. ... She's powerful, strong and beautiful. Her name is Aura. She has the power to feel what others feel, whether it's happiness, grief, or despair. Her world gets attacked and she has to come to the Mortal realm. She is raised by a mortal family, and her memory gets taken away from her. She has no memory of what she is, who her people are and where she's from. Aura knows nothing of her people and of who she is and lives in denial every day of her life. She lives as a human as if it's what she is meanwhile she knows deep down what she's capable of.
