Two Conditions

"So tell me what kind of misunderstanding did you have, that made you attack me? If your answer isn't satisfactory then your lives are forfeit." 

Ren's tone was severe as he released the pressure that was holding down the group from the Mo Clan. Even after the pressure was gone they did not stand up as the fear they felt was still there. Ren waited for a few minutes but none of them spoke.

"Are you not going to say anything? Since you're not speaking then-" Ren was about to say die but Mo Fan interrupted him. 

"I apologize, Sir, we didn't mean to attack you. It was because of various circumstances that we were forced to do what we did."

Mo Fan started to explain what happened while Ren was asleep. He tried his very best to explain everything without fumbling. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that the words he spoke now would decide the life and death of the Mo Clan.
